    Checked in with Rich at the Service Desk for a 9:30am scheduled recall service for our vehicle. Shortly after check-in Rich stopped in the Customer Lounge and updated me of the progress of the work. Work was completed in a timely manor.

    Service department is best tracy jack and the rest of the department know how to satisfy the customer i took my cobalt to get the ignition switch replaced and jack took care of my service when they were finished they did a great job when my car needed a transmittion tracy took care of the service and jack is the greatest customer service consultant i am greatful that howard Gmc buick is close and they know how to please the customer when i bring my vehicle in thank you Jack & Tracy for a job well done and i will purchase a vehicle from the dealer when i am ready thank you Nigel G Elmhurst IL

    Just bought a GMC Canyon and couldn't be happier. Warm and welcoming staff that delivered a very fair price as well. Al was my main contact and did a great job of guiding me through the process. I also had wonderful service from Jaime, Tim, Jeff and Brian along the way. The whole staff made for a great experience.

    Had a Good Experience with Eager, But Somewhat Underinformed Staff. I am Looking for "Low End" SUV, and Howard did Not Have These Vehicles in their Inventory. Overall a Good Experience, Especially with Chuck in the Internet Dept.
