Great experience with Power Buick GMW of Salem. Worked with Adrian online to ask questions about a particular used vehicle, work out a deal, and get approved for financing. Drove 200 miles and Adrian was waiting, the car was as expected and the deal was honored to the dollar and percent. Adrian was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. I don't think the process could have gone any better/smoother.

Bought a truck from Power GMC of Salem. Bryan and Michelle were awesome. The truck was shown on the website for $10,100 off and I agreed to buy it. I was 3 hours away, and the SGM, Jimi, would not give me that price, stated the sale was over first couple of days of January, but there was an error on their website and he would not honor the price. Love the salescrew, but SGM using unethical, in my opinion, sales tactics. Should have honored the price, ERROR or not as it was still advertised the day I said yes to buying it. I did get a good price, BUT, it was $1600 more than it should have been if good ethics were involved. Be ware of sales tactics from the SGM if you are responding to an advertised vehicle.

Power GMC SERVICE, in Salem is Top Notch. The Service Manger goes Above and Beyond to make sure that the Customer is taken care of, and leaves Happy. we currently take 3 vehicles there to be serviced. We have been going there for over 10 years now, starting with 2 vehicles on the Power KIA side, then buying GMC SUV and Trucks. If there is ever any issues arise, Mike will take care of you. I would Give Power GMC 10 Stars if I could.

My wife and traveling cross country in our GMC Sierra pulling a camper. We had trans temps of 245+. It would take us 9 hours on what should be a four hour drive. This dealer charged us $195 to diagnose the transmission and told us nothing was wrong, it was normal and that I should pay less attention to the fluid temp. I called two mechanics back home. Both disagreed and a week later in Redding CA we had it checked at a transmission shop. The problem was quickly diagnosed to be a faulty thermostat that was blocking fluid to the trans cooler. Problem fixed quickly. The point here is that Power GMC took advantage and provided poor and ineffective diagnostics and then released us with a vehicle that was desperately needing help and bordered on being unsafe. I would not recommend Power GMC. I rate them a Zero.

I started my deal online. Wonderful experience. Eduardo met me as soon as I drove into the dealership. He was warm and friendly showing a genuine interest in me. I also dealt with Devon. He was also very warm and friendly. It was a great day and I left with a great deal and brand new car.

Had a really bad experience buying my car at Power Buick GMC of Salem. They sold me a car with 3mm brakes left(I could have been in a major accident)and a coolant leak. And the salesman Gustavo, told us that he will send the maintenance records and pre-sale inspection from their service department and it never came! And it was too late i had already bought the car. Even he verbally promised to take care of if anything comes up, he questioned me if i bought a warranty. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. No solutions, nothing. Horrible! 0/10! I have a fix list costing me over 5 thousand. I have been scammed.

I bought a 2017 GMC 2500 from Eduardo. He really worked hard to get me the truck , for the most part it was really a great experience. I would do business with Eduardo again! Davon the finance manager was excellent. He took the time to explain everything to me and did not over sell me on anything!
