Skyline Ford

We took our 2005 F350 in for repairs. While there, we test drove a used 2012 F350. The next day we went back and test drove a new 2017 F350. Francisco was patient with us as we asked to take both vehicles out to the freeway (as much of my driving is on the freeway). He did not rush us, or try to turn us to another salesman; he just answered our questions and gave us information on the vehicles. After the second test drive, we bought the new F350. We couldn't be happier with it and would absolutely recommend Francisco "Franny" for anyone looking for a new Ford, or something on their used lot. He can even sell you a new Acura or Mercedes, from their lots across the street.

Customer Service was beyond expectation. Time and effort to complete the sale was greatly appreciated! The quality of the vehicle took us to the Ford dealer. Car was in excellent shape. I first called and talked to Kerry on behalf of my friend mostly for a fact finding. Kerry was the most polite and sensible sales person i have ever talked to. He knows his cars. He flowed up the next day. We made an appointment for the following monday. I totally appreciated the car he took in answering all our questions. I will buy from him again.
