i took my Ram truck for for a diagnotstic test and, a part order. I received excellent, speedy and competent coordinated service from Tucker and Kristi. The part was ordered and they will call and schedule service to replace the part. Both Tucker and Kristi worked in tandem to give me excellent service and value. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Power Ford and Ram, Newport Oregon. Dave Hohmann Lincoln City Oregon

Hector Garcia… the worst ‘Finance Manager’ I’ve ever

Hector Garcia… the worst ‘Finance Manager’ I’ve ever dealt with in my hx of buying cars… would NOT negotiate .. and illegally drew up paperwork for the sale himself … even though… we ALREADY HAD FINANCING FROM OUR BANK!!! So.. he told us we HAD to apply through HIM before ‘leaving with the car’. And then… we found out we had two loans. Our Bank said they have NEVER had to deal with a dealer like this!! Our bank (OCCU) solved it immediately… by contacting him within minutes.. and made him pay it all back. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. If I could give then a big fat ZERO,, I would. Also… the car we bought was a rav4 prime hybrid,,, (meaning electric, hybrid and gas… and nobody showed us ANYTHING ABOUT THE CAR!! (They made the excuse that they are a Ford dealer and didn’t know anything about the car (Toyota)..They just rushed us in for paperwork and said they would detail the car.. which they did not.. cuz it was full on animal hairs I keep finding them still… horrible detail. No care for the customer. Also gas and electric were both almost empty and we had an hour drive ahead of us. (Still not knowing how to use the electric plug in technique, etc. Don’t waste your time or money there!! There are plenty of better dealerships than THIS!🤮

Don't get your vehicle repaired here. Take it anywhere but here. They were trying to fix my car for 7 months. Same issue every time. In there process they managed to break a plug on my motor and replace it with a crapy genric plug, didn't bother to tell me about plus when they wired it in they managed to do that wrong. I had the throttle control light and check engine lights on. They said they fixed several times over the 7 months and then less then 24 hours on came the lights again. So for $1,300 three throttle bodies and two gas pedals and 7 months of stress. Car never got fixed by them. Took it to a professional and it took him 20 minutes to figure out all the crap work they did and he temporarily fixed it until the proper plug show up, currently in shipping. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. You don't need the stress. During this 7 months they had the nerve to blame me for the throttle and check engine lights coming on by Tucker stating to me that it was caused by Operator error. No I've owned the car for 10 years. Wrong. They are a bunch of wanna be. Don't get stressed out go anywhere else to get your car fixed.

If I could give it negative stars, I would.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I can’t attest for the sales side, but their service department is complete rubbish. Firstly they refused to recognize our warranty until we had the original dealership speak to them. They then billed the warranty twice for “repairs”. Not only do they never have clear and concise information for you, but their communication skills are also garbage. I don’t know if they do it intentionally, but after five months of the Ford Explorer having a battery drain, they tell us they can’t figure it out. Mind you, they’re still charging us for parts they ordered, but then it turns out the part they replaced was unnecessary and didn’t fix the problem. But apparently that responsibility falls on me, not on their diagnostic staff. They try their best not to give out loaners, probably because a majority of their customers are returning their cars for repairs that haven’t been done properly so they always seem to need an abundance. They’ve had the car for two weeks since the last time we tested it, and we have not received one phone call. Still making payments on a vehicle that I cannot drive, and at the mercy of the only ford dealership within a 70mi radius, this is the most ludicrous situation I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. I wonder if I’ll ever get that car back. At this point they could just suggest a kill switch but instead they prefer to stare at it and scratch their heads.

They never answered!

They never answered!!! By the time I realized that they weren't going to answer,the car I was interested in was gone. I would have bought it if I were given a chance.

I could not make a deal with them, but it was not their

I could not make a deal with them, but it was not their fault. I could not afford the 2007 Ridgeline they had .. they would not budge an inch on the price. I am not being critical necessarily... I enjoyed my visit with Gabe the salesman.... They were above the blue book price by quite a bit and I thought they might come down so I could afford to ship the vehicle, but they would not... I am sure they will not have any trouble selling it.. I wish i was local and could buy it.. too much to buy and then ship to Oklahoma...
