I just had my MDX in for an oil change and all of the

I just had my MDX in for an oil change and all of the car's features were analyzed and reviewed. They were very thorough and Logan Fraer was very helpful checking the car in, explaining everything and staying in communication with me. I am very happy with the experience!

Building being remodeled, check in still personalized.

Building being remodeled, check in still personalized. 106,000 miles and the first thing to go wrong with my car, very impressive maintenance performance (2015 Honda Civic Si). Kendal has an ideal service department. Quotes on all work very accurate and they are trustworthy and provide an excellent to and from shuttle service! Love the service department!!! Our Express Service Consultant, Shannon Copple was very

Our Express Service Consultant, Shannon Copple was very friendly and professional. Initially, I took my Honda CR-V in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. After the multi-point inspection was done, Shannon kept us informed regarding the status of our service and explained reasons for replacing certain parts such as the tires and the air conditioner belt. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were notified as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. All of the service representatives in the facility were very friendly and helpful. The main building was undergoing a major renovation and therefore, the service representatives were relocated to a portable. They did the best they could in the small space provided for customer service.

Oil change, I hope it was done as stated, seems to

Oil change, I hope it was done as stated, seems to consume far more oil than my 2006 Honda CRV which this one is a 2024. Didn?t rotate tires this time, maybe due to 2nd oil change in a year.

This is the second Honda CR-V hybrid I've bought from

This is the second Honda CR-V hybrid I've bought from Kendall Honda in Eugene, OR. It was an entirely comfortable process with very thorough, kind, and thoughtful people. I was treated like a friend who they wanted to feel well versed in all the bells and whistles on this 2026 car, which I greatly appreciated. Special mention goes to Jack Thornton who did my test drive with me and both showed and told me of all the upgrades over my trade-in vehicle which was another CR-V hybrid. I am loving this new car!

Took my newly purchased USED van to Kendall Honda to have the numerous uncompleted recalls completed. Nicole Abrahamsen (Service Consultant) walked me through the process and explained what each recall would correct and kept in touch with me on the progress. I would highly recommend Kendal Honda.
