Service for AC and regular service on a 2011 CRV

The AC went out on the car in mid June2022. Because of my disability condition I need a rental. The dealership had none and expected no rentals available until August due to an athletic event in town. They did not save rentals for customers. When I took the car in, it took hours to get the rental and several miles of travel. It was a horrible experience and unnecessary. I will approach this dealership with caution in the future. I advised them of the disability condition and what I required well in advance. I am disappointed with Kendall Honda because I expected better performance for existing customers, especially for customers with disability conditions.

Very happy customer!

I took my 2019 MDX to another dealership with complaints pertaining to the transmission. They told me they could erase the car's driving memory to see if that fixed the problem - which I chose not to do. Then, I took the car to Kendall Acura and they performed updates and the car is ABSOLUTELY good as new!! To say that I am happy or pleased is an understatement. THANK YOU!!

Purchasing a new 2022 CR-V Hybrid

Took awhile to get in the car that I wanted but that was not the dealers fault just supply chain issues. But I did get the the exact car I wanted! I'm very satisfied with how I was treated by Marcus my salesperson and Joe in finance. Thanks!
