    Purchased the undercoating along with a brand new Tacoma TRD off road at this dealer on 09/19/18. Scheduled to have the undercoat work on 09/27/18. Got... the truck back on same day and the result was awful. This undercoating looks like was done by high school kid using the rust-olem spray can to apply. The so call "highly trained" technician miss several places on the frame. The original frame came in glossy black and you can see the glossy black spray all over the frame. Came back to the Dealer on 09/28/18 and demand an answer and talked to Ms. Kibebe Tezera. She claims the tech purposely missed the spot to protect the electrical component . This is bull, because the spot they miss, i don't see any electrical wires. I've owned 3 Tacoma and all got the undercoating done and none of them looks like the one was done by Springfield Toyota. Back and ford, Ms. Kibebe Tezera suggest to have the undercoating re-do and promised to fill up the tank and put me the loaner car. Call back on Sat 09/29/18 to confirm the time and availability of the loaner car. Talked to Ms. Stefanie Davis, whose the manager. She re-ensure the loaner car will be available when i come back. Today, 10/03/18, after dropped off the truck to have the undercoating redo and talked to Mr. Fred Corbin the Assistant Service manager. When I ask him about the loaner car, his respond was, nothing available. When i ask him can your shuttle take me to Tyson Corner, his respond was, "our shuttle can only take you up to 5 miles radius". BOTTOM LINE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALER IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ANY AFTER MARKET RELATED DONE TO YOUR CAR.

Once again, this past Saturday (June 21,2014) I was forced to ask for assistance... in regards to my superb Blue-Tooth / phone settings available in my new Corolla. Upon entering your dealership, I was greeted bu Mr. Ricardo Grant ( Sales & Leasing Consultant) who followed me to my car, proceeded to get in, and before he allowed me to drive a few minutes with him after precisely explaining the science of using my device, he allowed me to take notes which will be very handy. I would like you to know without any doubts that the professional customer service demeanor portrayed by Mr. Grant together with your entire staff makes Springfield Toyota live up to the highest standards of Toyota.

    I wish I had read reviews before going to this facility. I respect the salesperson Usman and his manager for the time and negotiations in extended hours.... However, the idiot in the financing department was extremely rude. This facility needs to hire people who know how to provide good customer service. We were here to buy two Limited Platinum Highlanders. The negotiation process took time past closing time, which was fine as many dealers have dealt with me in the extended hours. However, the guy in financing department was very rude and told us as we kept him hostage until the late hours and therefore we must buy the car in the high interest rate offered by him. Upon telling him we would finalize the deal next day after talking to hour bank to get best rate, he said he literally said in raised voice that he hope we don’t get the car and someone else buy it, and we must leave the facility as soon as we can. They have no idea how much business they have lost just by being disrespectful.

    I bought my car this dealership on Nov 2016 and I have been coming here since to do my oil change. My last service adviser Dana wasn't helpful. After... my car done for servicing she didn't call or text - I had to text her to ask my car status and she said will be coming soon. I came after 40 minutes and the car wasn't ready yet. I had to wait her for another 45 minutes before I spoke with a manager who went downstairs to bring my car to me. Basically she ignored me the whole time. The main problem this location is that employees are too busy and don't care the customer service aspects.

    If I could return my car to them at this point just to retract my service, I would. You are a priority while shopping in their dealership, but the second... you've made your purchase they are no longer concerned with your time or your concerns. Bought a used car from them a couple months back. After a few weeks, the check engine light came on, stayed on for a few days, and turned back off. I scheduled an appointment for them to look under the hood. When I arrive, the woman who was supposed to be working on my car repeatedly tried to coerce me into leaving before even looking at my car, saying that there was nothing she could or would be willing to do. She literally told me verbatim that even if she found something, she wouldn't fix it. Don't know why this lady was telling me to my face that she was unwilling to do her job, but I stood my ground and refused to leave before she looked at it. Hours later, she tells me that I was right and something had been wrong and that she would fix it. I'm sure that she would have preferred me to leave and then come back weeks later when the issue persisted and I was no longer under warranty. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Fast forward roughly two months, and I still have not received my plates for my car that I was told were being mailed to me. I called numerous times, and each time I was told that someone was looking into it and would call or email me back. Not ONE time did anyone ever contact me back, forcing me to call over and over again to ask the same questions. EVENTUALLY I got somebody's attention and was told that my plates had not been sent because I had not turned in my Maryland state inspection paperwork. I informed them that I had turned it in to the woman at the front desk weeks ago. SO, this dealership lost my paperwork before anybody could even enter into the system. Because I had the inspection done at an older shop that doesn't do things electronically, I now have to back track and hope that he has a copy. If not, it looks like I'm out another $100 for another inspection. And finally, for the Grand Finale. These people waited so long to get back to me that my SECOND pair of temporary tags is now several days expired. If just ONE person in that dealership had had the professionalism to call me back instead of brushing me off and giving me the run around, I would have been able to resolve this issue before my tags expired. They refuse to issue me a new set of tags even though this situation is entirely their fault. So now I have no choice but to be driving around with expired tags, risking it all to try to figure this mess out. Behind the big, showy dealership there's nothing but a bunch of inconsiderate, unprofessional people who want to take your money and dismiss you while doing the least amount of work possible. Please shop elsewhere.

    Very bad customer service. Always when I call for oil change appointment they tell me that I have to pay even though I bought car from them lifetime free... oil change. When I ask them to talk to manger they hung up the phone. When I got at store employee chit chatting with each other or they are on the phone. I don’t know why the place called priority. Cuz customers are not priority. Very rude people work there. I regret buying my car from there. Other day I went there to buy car the person who works there told me he will show me the car only if I agree to buy.

    I initially contact the dealership to inquire about a vehicle that I was interested in. After speaking to a sales person, I express my desire to have a... broken down out the door pricing of the vehicle. I also asked about the warranty and they agreed to provide me all of the info via email. After several back and forth, we agreed on a price, but there was still no description of the 4life warranty on the paperwork. I decide I ask at my dealer visit. When we visited, we were greated with respect and great attitude. And although the wrong vehicle was pulled they quickly resolved the miscommunication. I briefly spoke to an assistant sales manager, and then we were off with a salesman on a test drive. Once we returned I asked the sales person to ask the manager about The 4life warranty on the car, and he agreed. Once seated, we waited for about 15 minutes prior Robert Cumberland a sales manager come to explain the warranty to us. He told us that the vehicle does not qualify for the warranty due to the age of the vehicle. I asked him I understood the warranty guidelines, but I asked him why does the advertisement does. It reflect that? Why is every car (just about) in their web inventory have Priority 4life plastered in every cover for each vehicle? I explained that it is misleading and confusing as anyone who looked at the cover image for the vehicle shows the warranty logos and slogan. Even within the individual vehicle page the 4life logos and information are inside. This is misleading and a game changer, as the vehicle we had rear driven now had no leverage over the other vehicles in the market. Sadly, I did not purchase a vehicle at Priority Toyota. But I do hope they will correct the misleading advertising.

    I was there for oil change after over 2 hours i ask what is going on with my car my service adviser told me my car was ready go pay after i paid i was... keep waiting but for my car was not there i went ask ask again where is my car my service adviser point to me another car and ask me if that was my car i said no that is not my car i made a big mistake i ask for a manager someone took me to the service director office WOW what a rude and unfriendly person was he talked to me very rude i love to come in person and tell you all about it they told me they lost my car keys after another 45 mints finely i got my car i want to say the way your director of service treated me i didn't sleep the whole night i love to come next week and see Susan in person .Thanks
