t was quick and easy. James was amazing and super knowledgeable and helped fit my wife and I into the right car. I never felt pressured and it was just... a smooth transaction. I felt like I was part of a family. Everything was clean and such a great atmosphere. I love that it was dog friendly and the cafe was great.

Had recall issues With my 2010 Camry That I purchased new from a another Dealer that I was unhappy With their resolve of the recall.. Coos Bay Toyota Dealer... Service center Went out of their way to resole the problems. could not ask for Better Service, Me Living 30 miles away, The Service Manager Ted Noble An Staff Went out of their Way to provide transportation so I could transport a Friend to an from Eye surgery clinic While my service was being done. It was completed the same after noon.

This is the second car purchase from Coos Bay Toyota . Again I am so happy with my like new 2008 Toyota Highlander. This Toyota dealership takes pride... in what they do and it shows in every way from the vehiclhes , people and even the Smiling Dig Cafe. Clean, professional with quality vehicles , great prices and service. I had a minor snafu three days after purchase and the manager Glen took care of it with no cost to me immediately. The staff are friendly, happy and you can tell they love what they do. Very welcoming and I give them 10 stars . Saved me a lot of money and hassles I would have got someplace else. I had rodent damage to my air compressor and hoses. My awesome service person, Summer, told me the bad news awhich was the cost and then suggested I check... my insurance coverage because it probably was covered. It was, the certified mechancs handled it and I am once again happy and so is my Prius.
