    I love Way Scarff Ford in Auburn! They are the BEST Jim Sherrod has been so wonderful to work with and always makes me feel like I'm the most important person in the world. Everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful. I tell all of my friends and family to shop only at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn!

    Poor Service. Greg sold me a truck and they didn't spot check the truck before putting it on the lot. The tailgate did not open and the front grill light went out a day after I took it home. Granted they fixed the tailgate, I asked for the light to be fixed at the same time. They refused to do so. Selling a car that have parts that break the next day is NOT good business. If they claim "quality check", that should include EVERY part of that vehicle. I now have to shell out 200 dollars or more + labor to have it fixed. After texting Greg, he said "you texted me after you took it home, and the lights went out, no offense" . Of course I checked my texts for recourse and I told him that day that it was working when I bought it and it went out same night! I kept the texts for proof. It's not a high expense item and this text offended me. It's about good business and integrity. I feel offended by the text and how he refused to work it out with me. This is an expensive truck and this light issue could have been solved quickly. I was a return customer and my family has purchased 2 cars from this place and this is not how you treat return customers. Probably not going to purchase here again unless this is resolved in a decent manner and we are in the market for another car again.

    First sent to parts department. Was told to go out to car and get VIN number. Had to ask parts person to please do it. Then sent to service. Need to streamline this process. Someone should evaluate what is needed and then one stop if possible. Other staff friendly, professional.
