Door handle recall

Great service, paid attention to my needs. Timely and courteous. Everyone wore a mask. So I Felt safe. I often recommend them to my friends.

Lexus lx470 service terrible

slow. way to expensive. not as knowledgeable as should be. car came back dirty- no wash, no vaccuum. lexus of bellevue has gone way downhill. their prices are to high, and they used to care about their customers but not any more.

Exemplary Service

My interactions with Lexus for the past 20 years have been exemplary! This week, BJ Ivy, my Service Consultant, was exceptional... as usual! He is professional, efficient, caring and generous with his time and expertise. It is obvious he takes pride in addressing all of my concerns and needs. The Service Team at Lexus of Bellevue, headed by Josh Kieffer, is the Best...and I am truly grateful for their consummate service and kindness!

Brandon was terrific, very welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. The facility was clean friendly and available. And the hospitality and friendliness was great.

Normal Maintenance

Is was great working with BJ. He explained everything and the work was completed on time. Excellent loaner vehicle. Car was cleaned prior to return.

Great listening!

I had my 2009 RX350 towed to the dealership after watching my whole electrical system come to a halt - luckily as I pulled into a parking space in front of my house. I called BJ Ivey early the next morning before calling AAA. After the car was looked at, BJ called to tell me it was the battery. I was so relieved. When I went in to pick the car up the following morning at 7:20, BJ walked me thru the story and I shared my experience of wipers slowing, displays blinking, radio going out... As I was waiting for my car to be brought around, BJ came up and asked if I could wait for the alternator to be checked after he thought about my experience. His intuition was worth it! I’d have been broken down on my way home. My bank account wept but I was so grateful for BJ’s experience and desire to make every visit and repair perfection. He’s the guy!
