My last visit was a terrible experience. The repair took from Oct 19 to Dec 9. I had an appointment on Oct 19, but they kept me waiting for about 50 minutes.... The loaner car that they gave me was broken (the parking assistance was broken, kept issuing warnings about the tire pressure, the moon roof did not work) and there was almost no gas so I had to go to a gas station while I was late for another appointment. I received an update after two days that there was leak in the engine. After that there was no update for a few weeks. I called their service department. They didn?t pick up. Finally, after many calls and voice messages, they told me the part is coming from Germany and it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Finally, after about 2 months they returned the car (I ordered a new customized car from Germany and it arrived much faster). They returned the car dirty. They didn?t even bother to wash it and there was a scratch on it (which I noticed later). When I received the car, I was preparing to leave. There was someone behind me honking so I go faster. I believe it was the service manager. That?s the level of respect you receive from this service department. They have a template response for these complaints that please call our general manager. If the general manager really cares about these, he should call the customers.

My appointment was at 0740. I arrived at 0750 and was told I had to wait. I finally was seen at 0830 and finally left the dealership at 1045. When trying... to leave, they could not find my car keys. The service is terrible. I've had a BMW for over 20 years and had fabulous service in Tucson, Arizona. I will not return to this dealership for service or a new car. The staff called me "Mr" and "Miss" when I'm a physician. At my previous appointment last year, I arrived early and was told I had to wait. This service department is disorganized to the point of being comical.

I had an excellent experience with Mike Torchia when purchasing my m235i. Mike was easy to work with, patient, and honest with me and I feel that I got... a great deal on my BMW. Mike also makes it known that I'm not just his customer on the day of the purchase, but for the lifetime of my car. I will highly recommend Mike and this dealership to friends and family.

Experience was great; the promised loaner was ready when we arrived and Tiffany was very efficient and friendly. Our vehicle was ready the next morning,... as promised. We have purchased three vehicles from BMW of Bellevue and always bring them back for service.

In an effort to not waste any more time on this dealership I'll make it to the point. Because I was buying a 40K used car, they could care less I was here.... Blew me off, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, major low ball on a trade in, said they were at the lowest price possible on theirs then proceeded to lower it multiple times over the next few weeks and didn't have the decency to let me know. You couldn't pay me to go back. Oh, and there is massive construction around there so you know what, your facilities stink now too!

I had a major service, brake fluid flush, and 36k vehicle inspection all completed in under two hours free of charge. My car was also washed and vacuumed... upon completion. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle at BMW of Bellevue.

My appointment was 'customer waiting' Waiting area was comfortable and clean. My problem was that it took about 2 hours. Carrie did what she could to... speed things up. She was very good and efficient. Maintenance found some rat activity but wouldn't/ couldn't vacuum out the loose stuff. Guess that was up to me or pay for engine detailing. I was disappointed.
