    My family and I went for a specific vehicle. Since we had a ways to drive, we called to make sure it was there. When we got there, it only took a few minutes for them to pull the vehicle around for us to test drive. After driving it, we decided it would be a great fit for my boys and myself. It was a bit out of our price range but talking to the sales man, Karl, we were able to find a price that worked for everyone. Karl was a great help. Very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond for us. Couldn't have asked for a better sales man. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't positive about his answer, found out for sure for us. He was very up front and didn't hide anything from us. We were out of there in less than 2 hours including the test drive time. With two young boys (9 and 4) with me, I was glad it didn't take forever like some places. Would recommend this dealer and Karl to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

    Derek Walker was great. They picked me up in North Bend - great chauffeur service too! Financial manager also top notch. A great experience. This was my 6th subaru, but my first new purchase and I'm delighted with how it went.

    I was shopping their used cars and knew what I wanted going in and about what I wanted to pay--I ended up getting a year newer model for the same money. The paperwork went reasonably quickly, and they didn't get testy when my kid starting going stir crazy. I don't know what dealership the people who left low ratings went to, but it wasn't Chaplin's--these guys are awesome. Love my new (used) car!

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. The worst service I've ever seen in 45 years. My car been sitting in their lot for 9 days, and they haven't even started working on it. I drive a VW GTI. I accidentally hit a sidewalk curb and brought it in for service. To start, they promised to repair my car "by the end of next week." Now they say, "next Tuesday." Talked to the floor manager, Kevin Moore, several times. No use. Talked to the dealership service manager, Chad, twice. No use. My worst service experience ever!

    My experience at Chaplin's was the best experience I've had buying a car. DB was great for the purchase of our used Lexus and he wasn't a high pressure guy and he was genuine! Bryan in the office was also great, we already were approved, and he saved us more money by going through BECU! In all my car purchases, this was the best experience ever and I plan on going back when I need to trade in my other car five years from now.

    This 5 Star review goes to everyone at Chaplins Bellevue Subaru. From start to finish, and even after the sale I was taken care of as if I were familly. I purchased my first financed vehicle here and it is the CAR OF MY DREAMS! 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS. My Salesperson was Karl. He was very friendly and informative. I felt very comforatble throughout the entire process working with him. My Finance person was Jared. He did a great job with the paperwork! He helped answer all of my questions effectively and had fun doing it. After the sale, I had brought up a concern of my vehicle to their Service Department. I was helped by Nick. I can say that he posesses some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. Everything was taken care of within minuetes with a smile on his face and a firm handshake. I am so very thankful for everything that the team at Chaplins has done for me from Sales, to Finance, and Service. I love my new car and haven't stopped smiling since I drove it off your lot. I would highly recommend anyone to go to any of the Chaplins dealerships especially the Volkswagen/Subaru store. They will take care of you with respect and professionalism. THANK YOU CHAPLIN'S! I will be back for service and my next vehicle!!!

    We worked with Ray who was very affable and was honest and knowledgeable of the Subaru we were looking at. He even let my husband drive the car without having to be in the back seat which none of the other sales reps did at other dealers. Of course, he took a copy of his liscence first, but I thought that this was a nice, very low pressure was to do business !!! I would not hesitate to recommend not only this dealer but this nice sales rep to others !!!

    My recent visit to Chaplin's Bellevue Subaru was very disappointing. I went there with my brother-in-law, with the intent of buying a car, but what I got was a very Rude and Arrogant sales associate named Tahir (Do Not Use This Guy), he is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Once he found out I was interested in buying a car, he had us sit down and start negotiations. After a few trips into the Finance Managers office, he became very offensive and rude with us, shaking his finger at us, and raising his voice. When we started to negotiate my trade in, he became even more aggroant. When things didn't go his way he decided that (Were Done, Goodbye), those were his exact words. Since when does a sales associate decide when things are Done, he was so unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to go to Chaplin's. As far as I am concerned, Chaplin's does not follow their Mission Statement "Success happens through communication, not confrontation, through motivation, not intimidation"

    I sent an email asking about a specific vehicle that is not normally at a dealership (a VW Jetta- Hybrid) advertized as available at Chaplain's. They responded as follows : William, Thank You for you email, how can I ben [sic] of assistance? Thanks--BZ *Please remember to ask for Bryan Zielinski or "BZ" when calling or coming to the dealership. All pricing and or agreements discussed with the Internet Department may only be honored by the Internet Manager on duty. Please remember that retail sales consultants cannot offer the pricing or special agreements that we can in our department. To avoid any confusion or mistakes please let the receptionist know you are here to deal with the internet department. Thank You.---Bryan No answer as to the availability of the Jetta-Hybrid; or a willingness to give me more information about the vehicle. If BZ wanted my business he sure didn't indicate such. The price (for a demo vehicle) was more than a new Jetta-Hybrid. When a customer knows more than the salesman it's time to look for another dealer...which I will do.
