    My car was serviced by advisor Theodore Bouton for 10 days when the original date should have been 1 day service according to him. First, when dropped... the car off, I told him all lights on my dashboard were on and he also saw them as well when he took the car. He said, we would still need to diagnose and the cost $165. I said fine and asked how it would take for the diagnostic and he replied couple hours. At that time, I needed to go back home and the shuttle service guy dropped me. I called Theodore in the afternoon and he advised the technician found nothing wrong with the car to leave it until the next day for another diagnostic. Theodore, called me 3 days later, stated that they found misfire in cylinder that caused the burnt spark plug and gap and also caused all your lights to be on. I asked how much that would cost to fix and he replied $1600 plus. I asked him to do the repair. I didn’t hear from him until 7 days later to come to pick up the car. My friend dropped to the location and I got inside Theodore said brake light came back again needed to leave overnight to fix issue. The shuttle service dropped me home that night. He called me the next morning advising that it will cost extra $1794.49 to fix the issue when I originally brought the car over for intermittent light problem. I told him I would come to pick up my car. When I got there the next morning to pay but he refuses to take cash or check. He said, CC only when it clearly states on the receipt payment methods: cash, credit and other. This worse experience ever....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OVER THERE FOR REPAIR.....integrity of the service advisors are very poor all they care about is money not service.

    I've been taking my car here for service for a long time; quality repairs at reasonable rates. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The shuttle... service is awesome. Recently they started sending out surveys and I received a call from a service advisor, because I didn't give them the absolute highest marks. He interrogated me and brow beat me over the phone for lack of perfect scores. I was taken aback. Unfortunately, I've seen food servers ask for the best scores too. Don't ask earn. I recently had an encounter with Walmart and at the end of the chat session the customer representative simply said something to the effect of please take the time to fill out a survey. Rate us objectively and let us know how we did. Five stars to them! I'm on the fence about returning to Ourisman Honda for service.

    Wonderful staff, they make the buying process very smooth and easy. Customer service is excellent. Sales guy Paul is great, shows he really cares and goes... the extra mile. Jared accounts person is also great. Highly recommend all

    Not much I can say. I inquired about a specific car on their website. I got several emails stating that someone would contact me. I got more emails... asking how they could help me... like they never read my initial email asking about a specific car on their website. Finally I drove to the dealer only to find that car was sold the night before..... but they had plenty more at several thousand more than the car I asked about. I am undecided whether I would recommend this dealer to a friend. I would not UN-recommend them at this point.

    I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able... to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

    I put in an application online this morning and never received a call back. I called to check on the status a few hours later and spoke with someone. He... took more information, told me he would call back, and still hasn't called me back. I called three times and no one knew who to transfer me to. I finally asked for finance and I got a voicemail. I left two messages ans still no call back. Thanks, but no thanks Honda.

    The Sales Manager is Issac and he knows the business inside and out. He's great with educated buyers. Tell him what you want and if they can do it he will;... simple as that. Our favorite salesman is Margarita. She is knowledgeable and very personable. Buy from her and you'll leave with family. Planning to purchase another VW once they can sell TDIs again. This will be our fifth!

    I went to Honda on a Saturday morning to service my 2010 Accord and walked out with a brand new 2017 Accord! Let me be clear, I was completely satisfied... with my paid low mileage 2010 model; however after meeting Anthony Davenport and test driving the new model I was halfway sold. What sealed the deal for me was Anthony's patience and willingness to accommodate what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle along with the trade in for my car. Needless to say I left with a brand new loaded vehicle and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
