Mfon was a pleasure to work with and helped us get a great deal on our 2018 Civic Sport Hatchback. The test drive with him was also outstanding -- rather than limiting the drive to a short loop that doesn't give you a real feel for the way the car handles, he let me take a longer route that nicely demonstrated the Civic's handling both on the highway and in mid-day traffic on a busy street. I would highly recommend working with him.

I worked via email with four dealerships in the area to negotiate an out-the-door price on the specific model I wanted. Earl Errera found what I was looking for at a sister dealer, and arranged to bring it to Ourisman. After all negotiations via email, the out-the-door price when we arrived at the dealer was exactly as agreed upon. The Sales Consultant Breaun "Bre" Garner took lots of time explaining everything on our new car, as did the Financial Manager Joe Rasulzad with financial options. We don't purchase a new vehicle very frequently, but what has been an unpleasant experience for us in the past turned out to be very pleasant.
