Hi, We are a military family, one part living in Baltimore and the other in Houston. We loss 2 cars in 2 months and quoted car in that period in 5 cities and 3 states to get the best price. We finished buying 2 cars within 4 weeks apart from Brandon in Ourisman Honda. Brandon gave me all the information that I needed, did not pushed nor was rude but over all Brandon and Ourisman Management gave us the best prices right away. It was cheaper to buy a car and ship it to Houston than buy it in Texas. I am sure, no matter where I live, when I need to buy another car I will call Brandon again.

The dealership was responsive to my request for a maroon CR-V. I was allowed to test drive a gray CR-V until they could get me the maroon car-- which they did the next day! Laura was easy to work with, not pushy, kept in touch by emails, and answered our questions easily. Roger was a great sales manager to talk to and checked in see to that we were being taken care of properly. Now if Laura or Roger would just make our car payments we would be totally happy. Joe Rasulzad is great doing the financing paperwork, licensing, etc.; a great employee! The dealership is well managed and a pleasure to do business with. Two employees drove my other car home, and they were very polite.

No pressure, just gave us the information we needed, showed us several options, etc. Got a good deal, got the color we wanted, financing was flexible and they were able to work with our credit to get us a fair deal.
