Great Dealership

I recently leased a 2017 Golf GTI. Bill Goldsmith was my service provider and Isaac Chee was the manager. They made me feel welcomed and not pressured. The experience was smooth and quick. They offered breakfast and did all they could to make this and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership and specifically these two to anyone seeking a quality product and a great purchasing experience.

Professionally Well Rounded !!!

My wife and I have owned and driven 8 VWs in over 12 years due to their Safety , Performance , Reliability and over all Style. Loyal VW owners stayed true and did not let the Diesel Buy Back affect them. Price point wise we feel there is NO other vehicle out there to compare. In the 12 years we have unfortunately worked with 2 other VW Dealers in the Baltimore area , that were a complete Nightmare to Deal with from Sales to Service. I truly feel sorry for most consumers out there today , that still go thru what my wife and I have gone thru before finding Ourisman. There are GOOD Dealerships out there staffed and trained properly. I am a firm believer that's what keeps Ourisman VW of Laurel #1 year after year. From the moment you walk in , you are welcomed and greeted NOT pushed or surrounded by Sales Consultants that don't even care to ask your first name. My wife and I worked with Sales Consultant Bill Goldsmith aka GOLDIE , and the GM Issac . Together they made our 3rd Purchase with them one truly to remember. My wife had totaled her Touareg the week before , and they actually reached out to see if she was okay two days later as opposed to when are you coming in to purchase a new one. Who else dose that ..? Like any hefty purchase you want to make sure you are getting the best deal and service. That is exactly what you get at Ourisman VW of Laurel. For any one out there shopping the internet or wasting hours on hours driving from dealer to dealer , save yourself the time and labor and call or stop in today and ask for GOLDIE. I promise you wont be disappointed , he is truly a honest and professional class act. Which we all know is hard to find today in the Auto Industry. From the moment you enter the dealership you are treated to a very professional and inviting setting. We met Laura Joseph and she made everything in her power to make us feel at ease. She was extremely professional. We discussed the conditions of the deal and came up with something that made sense to both parties. Her approach was to get to a win win deal that would serve both parties. This was very refreshing after the experience in other dealerships where you felt the approach was to squeeze every customer for every penny. In summary great experience, highly recommended

Great service, hard working dealers.

Laura was a great salesperson. We were trying to decide between two cars and Laura was able to work with us on the price and made a fair deal possible. The entire sales experience was hassle free and even enjoyable. Thanks to Laura, Vince and the rest of the crew for all the help to get us into the car we wanted!

Like No Other Salesman

I cna only say positive things about my experience with Brandon, from day one when it did not appear we would be making a deal. He gave me very direct advice, explained where I needed to go for my circumstances, but then he went a step beyond that and checked into some additional information on the vehicle I was trading in. I was able to take the information, turn the other vehicle over and come back on Monday and close a deal on a new Honda Accord for myself and my family. He made the experience about my family and I , never once did we feel the deal was about him. he went above and beyond every step of the way. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and always dreaded the experience, this was nothing like that. I highly recommend anyone in the market, stop here first and ask for Brandon. Even the finance experience was effortless, Brian Blackmon went out of his way to make the deal better for me and laid everything out, told me what was really needed and what was an expense I did not need to take on in my current situation. His honesty was appreciated more than words.

Laura and Jennifer are exceptional. They offer me and my wife unbelievable deal. So many advices us to go to Rockville, Bethesda or Virginia for better deal but now I'm advancing them to go to Honda laurel and ask for Laura directly and Jennifer for the best deal ever. They respects us and have patience. You guys are wonderful. Thanks we're now enjoying our new Honda 2017

Amazing Salesperson!

This is my second car purchase from Ramon! There are really no words to describe how great of a salesperson Ramon truly is! As a first time car buyer, I was initially nervous about entering this "new car world" but Ramon easily dissolved those fears. He was patient and ensured that I was comfortable with my car choice. I enjoyed the experience so much that I brought my husband in to inquire about his car, and came back in for my second car. Thanks Ramon for all of your help! My husband and I will surely be back! Also, Joe was an amazing Finance Manager. He was so personable and easy-going! I appreciated his sincerity and genuine approach to the purchase process, Joe will forever be our "go-to-guy."
