Repeat customer because of Wonderful Salesmen like Goldie!!

3.5 years ago I leased my first VW (EOS) from Ourisman of Laurel, mainly because of the great salesman I had, Joe Smith (now retired or I would've asked for him. Actually, I wouldn't have had to; he would've recognized us!). On Friday, Deja vu, my boyfriend and I took my car in for its 30k service and just happened to look around the showroom while we were waiting. Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith immediately came over and starting talking to us about the vehicle we were sitting in, the Tiguan. We stated we weren't looking to purchase (I still had 5 months left on my lease) but that was ok with him. He told us he'd just show us or give us any info we wanted on any vehicle. We really liked the Tiguan and decided to take it for a test drive. Goldie couldn't have been more helpful and informative. When we came back, he could tell that our whole demeanor changed; we loved it and were definitely interested in this vehicle! He worked hand in hand with Isaac to get us the best deal possible - even working miracles to get the color we wanted by acquiring the vehicle at another dealership about 30 mins away. Being a repeat customer definitely had its perks too; everyone made us feel like family. Never did we feel pressured to buy - whatever we decided was ok with them. They definitely made us comfortable the whole time - and then made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We went in for an oil change and a few short hours later, we left with a new car!! Easy peasy!! Thanks especially to Goldie, Isaac and Joe!! We'll be back!!

First Time Car Buyer

This was my first car purchase. I knew what I wanted with the exception of the color. When they told me I could get my car in the Sonic Gray I knew I had the car that I wanted to drive home in. Our sales associate Maxine Stewart was awesome. When I told her what I was looking at she found it for me then when I asked about the color she located it at another dealership and had it brought to Ourisman. Thanks Maxine!

Goldie is The best!

Goldie is a pleasure to deal with. This is the second VW we have bought from him. I let him know what vehicle we were interested in prior to arriving. When we showed up it was right out front, clean and with a full tank of gas. Goldie never pressures you and makes the experience pleasant.

First Rate Sales and Service

Recently completed my second VW purchase here. The sales staff were extremely helpful in helping me identify the right car. They were attentive without being pushy and provided excellent follow-up. The dealership also provided competitive prices which reduced the need to haggle and made the experience a positive one. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a VW. Although other locations are closer to me, I go a bit farther because of the positive relationship and trust they have built.

Excellent Purchase Experience

We just bought a new 2017 VW Passat this evening and the total experience was pleasurable...and at no time did we feel pressured. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and met with salesman Bill (Goldie) Goldsmith. Goldie was very knowledgeable about the features of the VW Passat and was quick to satisfy our desire for a test drive. After a test drive in a black Passat we then saw another Titanium Beige that we really liked which we took for another test drive. Upon returning from our second test drive we discussed cost and Goldie and the sales manager presented us a price that we felt was very competitive to other makes of cars we were considering at other car dealerships. As an incentive to our purchase, Goldie offered to add pinstripes to the vehicle...which he ultimately did himself at no additional cost to us. In the middle of our discussion about the cost of the Passat we indicated we wanted to get a bit of dinner where my wife and I could come to a conclusion on whether we wanted to purchase the Passat or other top contenders (Mazda 6 and Nissan Altima). Goldie offered to get us some food delivered...but we graciously declined. We did leave to get some dinner...but returned shortly thereafter to finalize purchase of the Passat. We are very pleased with our purchase and our purchase experience. We were also impressed with the "sales process" which was concluded by Jennifer Smith. Doing the paperwork to conclude the sale was easy and Jennifer made the process go quickly.

great purchasing a FIT

This is the third Honda we have bought from this establishment (actually the first two are from its predecessor (Tischer Honda, at this location). The folks seemed very professional, helpful and accommodating.

Happy Customer

Laura was very nice to work with and everything went very smoothly. We had some shared background in computing so it was nice to have a discussion with her while waiting. She was knowledgeable on the car purchased and worked me through the features available. Debbie worked me through all the finance related things and was able to quickly make changes so that I could see some differences in options.

My experience with Ourisman Honda in Laurel was great. James Jones, my Salesperson, was awesome. He listened to me to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car. James also answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very pleasant and very informative. He showed me different models and helped with the decision of which one to purchase based off of listening and understanding what would make me happy and a great deal. He also displayed how dedicated he was because he was actually getting off but decided to stay to help me...Also Walter Cook in finance was extremely wonderful. He did everything to make sure I received the best finance rate. A nice wonderful knowledgeable and patient person..
