If I could give negative stars I absolutely would in every regard: bait & switch, packing the potential sale with worthless services not even asked for, and repeated lies, for starters. I came back here because I bought my first Jeep here years ago. DO NOT shop at any Rairdon Jeep dealerships. I received the same games at the Marysville location. Even though I will be spending yet more of my valuable time, I’m reporting their extremely deceptive activities to the Attorney General’s Office. Please do the same if you’ve received the same treatment.

I gave the sales Team only three stars... Here is why. I went to Rairdon's jeep in Monroe to look at an advertised vehicle, I was greeted by a Sales person and he said go look around, someone up there (showroom) should be able to help us... Well, he proceeded to locking the gate and no one was in or around the showroom. Fortunately we parked outside the gate. I worked in the Car Biz for 33 years... never ever have I or any dealer I worked for turned someone away and just closed up shop... Total xx. I was hesitant to even use your Kirkland store, but location was good for us...And Service has been good.. I do appreciate that. Nice people.

Anna followed up right away once I submitted my request
Anna followed up right away once I submitted my request about info on a Jeep with my trade in info on line. I was then contacted via email by Zizi in sales. Told him I was interested in a Jeep 4x and had a trade in. He again asked for my trade in info. After a week Anna got in touch again asking if I was still interested. I told her I was waiting for someone to get back to me with what my trade would be so we could move forward. She asked if I could give her the trade info again and someone would get back to me....at that point I was done. if this is the buyer experience I would be concerned what would happen post purchase. I will go elsewhere.
