I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Koons

I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Koons Arlington. For over twenty years it has been my only destination for auto sales and service. Here I want to especially commend Chetan Chavan and "Tache" De la Roche for creating an auto buying experience of trust and confidence. For fifty years, before I came to Koons, buying a car was a grueling ordeal — but Chetan and Tache changed all that! I would never even think of doing business with another dealership!

Service department has twice in a row not honored

Service department has twice in a row not honored appointments I've scheduled. First was simply to mount a tire, but when I came back 2 hours later they hadn't even started the work. Then, earlier this week, I dropped my car off for routine service at 10:30 am, then got a call mid-afternoon asking me if I could leave my car overnight because once again no one had even looked at the car yet! I said no, had a friend drive me back to the dealer, and decided it's time to find other options.

I was visiting from out of town and needed service.

I was visiting from out of town and needed service. My daughter researched the reviews and saw that Koons Toyota had better reviews than a Toyota dealership closer to our hotel. Oscar made me feel like I was with family. He was professional and understanding, and explained everything. He and the car tech were accommodating. A great experience!!

KOONS Toyota Arlington provided Great🎖Custmer Service with my 2024 Camry. Product Specialist, JOHN FETTY even made sure everything from my previous vehicle was in my new one. No small feat because I keep my "fair share" of vehicle emergency equipment in the trunk (😁) -- "just in case". Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you!

We are grateful for Christian G and team for excellent thought partnership on our 2020 Sienna and 2006 Solara. He is extremely patient with all of our questions and effective problem solver. Appreciate his taking time to educate me. On recent visit, he kept us posted regularly through the wait so we were not left in the dark. The concierge pick up/drop off is a life saver for working moms and brings our business to you versus local options in Georgetown.
