Steven O’Brien was INCREDIBLE!

Steven O’Brien was INCREDIBLE! We spent almost 5 hours with him because we were playing with different rates from different people and he was patient and active the whole time. He is very personable and wants to give you the best deal possible. The finance guy, Chavan, was also incredibly kind and helpful and made the process enjoyable!

My husband and I had a great experience at the dealership! Valeriy Burchynskyi was incredibly helpful — no pressure at all, just honest advice and real support. He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to meet a salesperson who truly listens and puts the customer’s needs first — Valeriy is exactly that kind of professional. He even managed to find us the perfect car — a Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE — incredibly fast, even though it wasn’t available in the store at the time. He offered a great deal that we simply couldn’t pass up, and we’re so happy with our purchase. After that, we worked with Shereen Legorretta, the Business Manager, who was just as amazing. Even though this was our first car purchase, and we didn’t expect a great interest rate, Shereen found us the most favorable financing option. She was kind, patient, and truly committed to helping us get the best deal possible. She explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and stress-free. My husband and I left the dealership feeling happy, confident, and honestly just relieved — after a long search for the right car, this experience exceeded our expectations. Huge thanks to both Valeriy and Shereen — you made our first car-buying journey a great one!

Juan Hernandez was an incredibly transparent and helpful

Juan Hernandez was an incredibly transparent and helpful salesman. Although I experienced issues with the manager, Gian, on securing a price for my new vehicle, Juan was professional and ensured a quick and efficient purchase. He answered every question clearly and got us a great price. Also had an excellent experience with finance manager Alex Belhadi. He got us in and out of the finance office in about a half hour and didn't pressure us to order any additional packages. Very happy with my new vehicle and cannot recommend Juan and Alex highly enough!

Juan provided excellent service.

Juan provided excellent service. It is rare to see or find honest sales representatives. He is one among them. On a whole Arlington Toyota seems gives values to customers and try to provide reasonable service. The financial rep is another great candidate. I recommend!

Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

Unlike in the past, my recent experience was not a good,

Unlike in the past, my recent experience was not a good, including: - the confirmation email had incorrect information; - the pick-up was over an hour later than scheduled; - I received a call with an update ... on the wrong vehicle; - I had two coupons, one for each of the recommended services, but after the work was complete, was told that Koons's system could only accept one; - It took over 90 minutes to have my car returned, which made me late for an appointment that evening; - The next day, I was told I had been undercharged and was sent another charge after paying the first one; - I shared these frustrations over the phone but never heard back about them. I know I could get similar work done at other places at a lower cost, but have been willing to pay more for good service. This felt like paying more for poor service.

Nasir my sales rep was attentive from start to finish.

Nasir my sales rep was attentive from start to finish. We encountered unforeseen issues that almost cause me to throw towel in but he would not let up. We appreciate all the hard work put in by Nasir and I am enjoying my Rav4, thanks again.
