I purchased my 2021 Subaru Outback from Eastside Subaru and had very good experience. Reason for that is, before deciding on my car I have visited a few other Subaru dealers and Eastside Subaru was most courteous and provided me with all the information that I requested and the purchase was hassle free. I have been in communication with Gulnaza for few months and she has been most helpful, friendly person I have ever dealt with in any dealer shop. She was not planning to sell me extra and only what I wanted. She made sure that I was happy with my car and even came to work on her day off to take care of my car purchase.

Most amazing experience for a first time new car buyer! The vehicle I wanted is almost impossible to find and just so happens Eastside had one! When I called to inquire Isaac was so helpful and a continual resource throughout the process. When I arrived everyone was so helpful and even the finance gal was super personable, wish I knew her name. Associates went out of their way to acknowledge you even if you weren't there to see them! This dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and did everything they could've to make my decision process, and ultimately buying a vehicle, a breeze. There was even a slight mix-up with which vehicle I drove, and Bryan offered to bring the correct car to my home so I could test drive my desired trim. Bryan was really knowledgeable about Subaru and explained so many great features of Subaru to me in great detail. The price they provide me in Email is exactly the price I paid. 2. Professional with the whole finance process.
