    Salesman was great. Negotiations were pretty straightforward although check all the prices you agree to, especially when buying accessories. The manager could rush you a bit. Overall, I would purchase there again.

    I took my grandfather in to Toyota of Kirkland to look for a new car, we worked with Jordan in the sales department. Jordan jumped through as many hoops as he possibly could in order to make sure my grandfather found the perfect car. Worked with us on price, colors, and packages while keeping my grandfathers mind at ease. I haven't worked with a more respectful, and down right knowledgeable salesperson while trying to purchase a car. I will definitely be headed back Toyota of Kirkland when it's time to purchase a new car. Overall fantastic experience

    Brought car in for recall repair, which led to quote for another problem on the vehicle. Quote for over $500 for a replacement of a part that lists (Toyota, OEM) for about $200 and a 15 minute replacement job. The part itself is substantially less expensive if purchased through an aftermarket supplier. ...but really, $500 for a $200 part and a 15 minute repair? I'm certain many customers would have sprung for the $500 repair job, and that is the sad part. Once your car is at the dealership, it seems like the right thing to just say yes to the quote... In a prior experience, we took the car in for a different recall repair, and it came back with a broken power window switch. When we took the car in, it had been working perfectly, but came back with the broken switch. We called Toyota, they didn't accept responsibility but offered an expensive repair. Again, I purchased the part off the internet and completed the relatively simple repair myself. I have lost faith in this dealership, and quite sincerely doubt their honesty and integrity.
