I recently just bought a car from Honda of Seattle and was SO impressed with their customer service! While I am only 22 years-old and newly graduated from college, I was still treated with great respect and I could tell the employees of Honda of Seattle genuinely cared for my satisfaction. I was able to test drive multiple cars before I found the right one for me and I felt no pressure to make a decision. They were very transparent in selling and upfront about all the information on their cars. I drove away with the biggest smile on my face and felt as if I was driving a brand new car home. They gave it to me fully detailed and with a full tank of gas which was very much appreciated. 10/10 overall experience. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Honda of Seattle!

This dealership is amazing. People are friendly and welcoming. I worked with Timur and he was AWESOME!!!! He answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. There was ZERO pressure. And when I asked for advice, he gave me honest answers (even once saying I didn't need to add one of the accessories I was thinking about). These people are in the business of building relationships - not ripping you off like other dealerships where they want to just figure out a way to get more money from you. I am referring friends, family, clergy and the pope to this dealership. The fact that I left feeling valued - and that I got what I paid for (and then some, to be honest....their warranty is amazing).... it was a painless and actually enjoyable experience. Who ever said that about a car dealership?!?!?!?!? Go here if you want to be treated with respect, get a good deal/value and want to have a good laugh (assuming you have a sense of humor). :)

If I could give more stars, I would. I worked with Timur and he was AWESOME. They are building relationships there - not trying to take you for a ride and get you to buy more stuff. If you want to be treated with respect and get good value, definitely buy here! I did not feel pressured at all and got some great advice on resale value and colors, etc. No pressure on warranties or accessories - and Timur actually told me I DIDN'T need one accessory I was thinking of getting. I will refer all my friends and family to Honda of Seattle and Timur. He made it painless and a fun and great experience - something rarely said about car dealerships! Plus, everyone else was super friendly. (A bonus!)

Purchased a new car for our daughter and Breland was super knowledgeable and on point with customer service. He drove to pick up the car that was in the area that matched our daughter's preference and she was able to drive it that same day.

After nearly getting the run around at Autonation Honda in Renton, I was recommended to contact Timur at Honda Seattle. Absolutely the right choice! I spoke with him on the phone, he was timely and professional. I told him I was interested in trading in my 2015 CRV (very low mileage and well taken care of) We discussed cars I liked and set up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, he had already arranged to have the FIT i was most interested waiting for me to check out in the parking lot. When we got to price he found out the other dealership was going to over charge me nearly $2000 for my trade for a lesser model! Needless to say I'm happy to seconded guessed and called him. Amazing timely service, sense of humor and gave me a full walk through of the car before I drove off the lot. I'd highly recommend contacting Timur for your car buying needs.
