    Brett Lange did a wonderful job of helping us. We went in just looking and came out with a new car! There was never any pressure to buy, just helpful information about the cars we were interested in looking at. He let us look around and gave us advice when we asked for it. We were also extremely pleased with Greg Smith in the finance department. Five days after we bought our car, he called and told us he got us an even better interest rate than the amazing one we walked out with! We are very happy with our experience!

    Great Experience with Zachary at Foothills Toyota!!!!!! He spent months helping me connect with the right vehicle. We talked on the phone many times going over what had come in that I might want to see. He took great care in showing me exactly what I was looking for. I was so sure that I wanted a Subaru and that was what he showed me for months. Then by chance, we looked at a 2016 RAV4 one day and I fell in love with it. It was out of my price point but they made it work for me. It is the first vehicle I ever bought all by myself and they were so helpful to acquaint me with the process of buying a vehicle and what I needed to know about the features of every vehicle. I literally placed myself in their hands and they took excellent care of me. Now all of my friends go there as well. Betty in Anacortes, WA

    We recently bought a RAV4 from Kaler Crane at Foothills Toyota. I was doing a comparison between Honda, Ford and Toyota. I chose the Toyota for several reasons, one of which was our interaction with our sales representative. Kaler answered all our questions prior to the purchase of the vehicle and has been available for follow-up after the purchase. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle we chose. I would highly recommend Foothills Toyota and Kaler Crane to friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle.

    A few weeks ago we purchased a new 4 Runner and had an excellent experience with Titus. Because there is so much technology involved in the new cars, we scheduled a meeting with Titus to go over some of the fine points. He spent a great deal of time going over every little thing we couldn't quite "get". He is excellent and was very helpful. If you need to purchase a car, be sure and see this gentleman. He is absolutely the best.

    Found a truck that this dealership had while searching on-line. Called the next day and talked to Titus (salesman). If you've ever purchased a vehicle from almost 2000 miles away and had it shipped, you know what a pain it can be as well as a nerve racking experience. That was not the case with Foothills Toyota. Titus and Jeff (office person) handled the sale in a most professional manner, keeping me informed of the paperwork progress all along the way. The truck was shipped just over a week from my first phone call and arrived without and problems at all. It was exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier!

    Brandon made us feel comfortable throughout the purchase of a used Prius. Friendly, personable, low key and very patient in explaining the different facets of our car. He even had our gas tank filled up and included all weather floor mats AFTER our purchase. We felt like we got a good/fair deal. I would purchase another car from this dealer.

    Well I was contacted by Susan Chiabai the Customer Relationship Manager about my poor review of service 7/9/14. Susan called, e-mailed and ultimately sent me a letter in the mail. She apologized for the poor service experience. She went over the fact that the oil being synthetic is only changed at 10,000 mile intervals. She stated that they would make sure all sales persons have that information. She told me that if I brought the vehicle over she would be happy to get it vacuumed out. I asked her if I could get it washed if I removed the CB Antenna and she said they would check it over and make sure they could do the wash without vehicle damage. I brought the vehicle in at 2:00P.M. today and met Susan face to face. She asked me for my keys and then proceeded to get the vehicle vacuumed out. I removed the CB antenna and Susan, Roberto and myself walked around the vehicle. Roberto felt he could safely run the vehicle through the car wash. While that was being done Susan stated that the person she talked to in service said they would have loaned me the tools to remove the antenna so it probably wouldn't be an issue in the future. The vehicle came out of the car wash looking great inside and out. As a special surprise Susan had the vehicle topped off with gas to cover bringing my vehicle back in. What a nice touch on her part. I appreciate every thing Susan did to take care of me. She personally made sure that I was taken care of and made me feel like my business was important to them and that they knew how much the vehicle met to me. What a great follow up experience.     Well I have been watching the odometer to make sure I got the 5000 mile free service on the new FJ. Well took it in for the first oil change. Found out that they don't do oil changes until vehicle has 10,000 miles. One of the salesmen started to talk about it and when I commented that when I purchased the vehicle I was told by the salesman who sold me the vehicle that Toyota would change the oil every 5,000 miles even though they did not have to till 10,000 miles. The one guy that had started to talk about their great service slid off to the side when he found out I was not happy. So we got window washing liquid and tire rotation for free but no oil change. At least I would get a car wash. Not so, the cuctomer CB antenna would keep them from running the vehicle through their automated wash. I said give me a wrench and I would take the antenna off for them. No go. I said they could at least wash the front windshield and the service guy said he could do that. If this is indicative of the kind of service one can expect from the service department I will take my vehicle some place else for service after the 25,000 point
