    I feel like family when I enter the dealership. Service and Sales. Smiles, jokes, questions answered. Things were always followed up on, and any questions I had were answered. I felt like they really worked with me, and I was very happy the first time, that now I've been back and purchased two vehicles from there.

    Recently bought a vehicle from Quentin at Blade Chevrolet and had the best experience I have ever had buying a used car. He worked meticulously to find suitable options in my price range and patiently allowed me the freedom to take my time in the decision making process. Love my new truck and the lifetime powertrain warranty was an added bonus.

    Worked with Gene Garcia to purchase a lightly-used 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Gene was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward in our discussion. However, I asked respectfully to be shown the dealership's cost on the vehicle so I could get a sense of Blade's markup but Juan Ibarra would not disclose that for me. I think/hope I got a fair price, but I guess I'll never really know if I overpaid. That's one of the biggest reasons I dislike buying vehicles: Lack of pricing transparency or unwillingness to provide it. I'm absolutely not saying Juan was unethical; the dealership needs to generate profit which, being a business owner myself, I fully accept (and I made that clear to Gene.) I'm just saying the experience left me with a lingering sense it was me against The Man. I certainly drove away with a beautiful pickup, which I'm very happy about, but financially speaking I'm just not sure how I came out in the end. That bothers me a little.

    This was the second dealership I've been to for purchasing a brand new vehicle. Not only did they have a great deal on a vehicle, but it was also the exact vehicle I wanted! Josh was very honest and up front about the vehicle, and did not pressure me at all. He was able to process everything so we weren't stuck there all day, which was great for my family and their patience. I would highly recommend this dealership above all others in the surrounding area, not just for their selection or great deals, but their family friendly customer service.

    Our experience at Blade Chevrolet was pleasant and easy from the beginning to end. From our first contact, to our last good-by we felt comfortable with all the logistics of buying a new truck. We knew what we wanted in various features, and Blade had that model on their lot. Our first conversation with the salesman, Josh, made the process smooth and comfortable. This is our second new vehicle from Blade Chevrolet, and we are happy to have dealt with them a second time.

    It was easy to make an appointment, and the warranty repair was completed in an acceptable amount of time. They were fixing a water leak in the roof of my new Tahoe. When I got my vehicle back it was dirtier inside than when I dropped it off. There was no floor protector used, so the floor was filthy, and there were greasy smudges on the headliner. It only took about 30 minutes to clean up, but was a little annoying. This won't keep me from going back, but I wouldn't give my experience there a rating above average.

    Doug at Blade Chevrolet in the Service Department was great! He checked me and got my problem with the gas gauge fixed in no time at all. Joe the van driver also provided excellent service and got me to work in no time and picked me up to get my car back after it was serviced. He even remembered my name, where I worked from years ago when I brought in a different vehicle for repair work. Thanks for a job well done! Jeanne
