    My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Jeff Wing in the last 8 months. What a great experience. Very laid back. Great pricing, no pressure sales. Elizabeth did the final walk through and explained the Sync system. They both followed up to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend these folks to everyone. Shop the web and then buy from Jeff.

    The salesman did not call me back as he said he would. Their own customer service department did a follow up email asking how my experience was with the dealership, I told them and they didn't follow up either. Bought a vehicle at another place. I will not recommend them to anyone.

    After doing quite a bit of "window shopping" for many months, I was able to get serious about purchasing a truck. After dealing with Cayce Miller, it was clear that I wanted to deal with him and Bickford Ford for my new vehicle. Cayce was great - no pressure, but very helpful with my decision process , and having trucks ready for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. I couldn't ask for a better sales experience. Bickford had the very best price in the area; and Eric Berg was very pleasant to deal with in finance - he helped us navigate the process in a very professional and engaging manner. We also appreciate the great response from Michael Holden with answering questions regarding new vehicle info and set up. Thanks for being available for any questions that I may have down the road. This is a great dealership to deal with - the best I have ever experienced. I am on "cloud nine" with my new truck! Thanks for everything!

    The first car I bought from Bickford was nearly new, from Jeff Wing, and I had them do all the service with absolutely no hassle from the service department. Jeff was so outstanding that I made a point to work with him when I came in to replace that car with a brand new one. With all the tech capabilities of the new car, Michael Holden, their tech guy, brought us up to speed in no time. I've never had a car with this much technology on board, and Michael presented it all to us in a most excellent fashion. I have no trepidation concerning this car's capabilities. I will definitely be doing business with Bickford again, and hopefully these two will be around to make the process go as smoothly as past sales. Even the super nice guy we worked with in the finance department was top notch!

    We were looking for a F450 to pull our horse trailer. Bickford was recommended by a friend. Dan Hudson was our salesperson. Dan understood our requirements and we found a great truck. We went back a couple of weeks later to learn more about the features of the truck. Michael Holden was their tech expert. He was very good at explaining all the features and quickly followed up with an email to answer some additional questions. We found Dan, Mike and the other Bickford personnel friendly and professional.

    This was our second time buying a new vehicle from Bickford Ford, last time was in 2008. We looked on line and found the one, the explorer we wanted. Bickford Ford sales is not the norm, they don't pressure you, everything is up front. We found our Ford Explorer on their website, just like we did in 2008 with our Mercury. We will be back for our next new car.
