My Service Advisor Dezire Record gets a 10+ rating for professionalism, competence, and customer service. She immediately understood the issue with my X7, checked for replacement parts, & estimated thenparts delivery. The efficiency in having the technician inspect my X7 within the estimated time is impressive. The clean, spacious, and well organized facility is conducive for customers waiting for their cars to be serviced.

Perfect Car Buying Experience
Dakotah is man. Easy process! Highly recommended. I sent several cars that I wanted to test drive through the online system. Dakota contacted me via email to schedule an appointment. I came in, test drove the cars, selected the 440i, filled out the paperwork and was done within 2 hours.

Very courteous and transparent and provide quality service to my car. They text me a video of the service provider inspecting my car. The repair cost was very reasonable.

Spent 85K on a Car and Treated Badly
New name, new location, bad service. In August 2020, I saw that this dealership had the exact car I wanted to purchase. I test drove the car, made the deal, and purchased it the same day and the promise of customer service was amazing, but that ended after I signed the papers. Now, it has been 5 months, I do not have a permanent tag for my car and I cannot even get them to follow up on the basic paperwork that I have requested. I requested a digital copy of my paperwork and I thought it was a simple request... I have called 6 times, 2 voicemails not returned, and when I finally spoke to Nick Lawton he said he would overnight the paperwork on Thursday. It is Saturday and I have not received the paperwork and they cannot even tell me where they sent it, so I am concerned now they sent my paperwork to some unknown location. On that same call he said he could not email, but now that my paperwork is lost, he offered to email it and cannot understand why I am frustrated. In reference to the tag, it has been over 5 months and I have call in excess of 10 times, emailed multiple times, and texted the salesperson who is no longer working with the dealership with no real answer so I am hoping that this review will get their attention. Update, I finally got the paperwork emailed after over 10 calls, 2 voicemails, and multiple texts. They lied to me and said the paperwork was mailed and it may be lost, but then they said it was not mailed and told me it was still on someone's desk, then the next day it showed up at a different address than what I requested so apparently it was not sitting on someone's desk. I found out today that I have also been lied to for months about the tag because every time I called they told me the paperwork was in process even asking me for the insurance information twice during this time, but then they told me today that the paperwork was never filed... so 5 months later, they are acting like they are doing me a favor to "rush" the paperwork since it was never filed. At this point, I wish I could just return the car and never have to deal with this company again. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.
