We have been dealing with Honda Hills since 2006. Always been satisfied with their service Department. On 1/21/2019 the service was beyond excellent! Ryan was informative, intelligent and kind. We appreciated all the options he made available, without being pushy. Thank you Ryan!!!My car was ready by the time we had lunch at their bean counter who served our lunch on China plates! Also there was this one young man who was smiling and happy at work in the service Department. Thank you for putting a smile on my face! So refreshing to deal with happy productive people!!! Our experience in your dealership was one of the best days of our life together. We were just looking for a solution to the fact that our daughter needed to have our Honda Element due to being a new mom and her car not being reliable. We were greeted by a person out in the parking lot. Then we were given A. J. Chivers. What a fortunate choice for us. He was so knowledgeable, kind, paid close attention to our personalities, place in life, and finances. He was so attentive to every question we had and he was genuinely interested in the outcome of our search. He was able to also help us to feel and understand the model and make that we were interested in. During the drive time he was excellent and not only that, but saved us from a car backing into us where we parked to switch drivers. He helped us become quickly familiar about the car the CRV. We also had intelligent and meaningful conversation as we were riding or driving the car. This to me is a gift and few people nowadays have this ability. Then next, we were given the opportunity of meeting Zachary Re. What another wonderful blessing for us! He was so prepared and well skilled at dealing with our concerns regarding our potential car purchase. He was modeling what to do in a car sales situation, but he was also being very kind and aware that AJ had started with us. It was a true representation of what Honda West Hills stands for and believes in. The customer, the product, and their people! What was the most rewarding and beautiful experience is that my husband and I are over 60 and we needed extra special care and we got it! We had no idea what to buy and what would fit our lifestyle and current financial status. I am retired and he has over 40 years in government service. Zach had an answer or solution for every concern we voiced during the sale. Now, buying a car is no easy feat, and when there are so many things to consider, and one decision rests on another decision. Zach was able to address with A. J. every concern or hesitation we were experiencing. The next thing we experienced was truly phenomenal! We were given so many discounts and rewarding choices, and there was a special discount due to the end of the year rewards. Zach went above and beyond as did A.J. finding the best deals for us. I was becoming a little nervous and excited too, and they both had a way of calming me down, and helping me to focus on what was occurring. I was also dealing with pain in my body and they were so kind and gentle with me getting into the car and out, and going into and out of the dealership. Next came the final decision and the necessary mounds of paperwork that went with it. It was very difficult to fill out all the questions, and yet they both gave us plenty of time, and were very aware of our trying to access the needed information. We got back the answer and we were approved. Then Zach and my husband went through more negotiation and questions. Zach went and got the Costco man for us, as my husband wanted to use Costco too. We are loyal customers of theirs. Then Zach asked several pertinent questions that fit us, and our needs, and he and my husband came up with the final offer. Zach immediately went and got an approval for the offer, and then came back so excited, like me, and said it was yes! The next thing that happened blew me away! He announced our name and purchase over the loud speaker. Both AJ and Zachary need to be rewarded for their great ability to match us with the car of our needs and dreams! They really cared about us, I was crying at the end and thanking them for everything. You know, all you hear about is how difficult it is to buy a car, and don't go into the dealership or your doomed. Not so here with them! I am going to tell everyone I know and I know a lot of professional people in this area, about this dealership and A J and Zachary. The final step was with the financial manager, David Brannon. Excellent choice again!

Mark was our sales rep and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the car that we purchased and I did not feel pressured. He also followed up with us after we purchased the car to answer any questions. Also, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured!!!

I worked with Zach and Joshua. BOTH great guys who are knowledgeable about CR-V’s. They provided amazing customer service with nothing but genuine kindness. When Zach closed the deal all my needs were met. Amazing experience! Then I met Rachelle in finance. Again, blown away by the professionalism and kindness. She was funny but also made sure my car payment stayed in a reasonable range after adding warranties. I am forever thankful for this team!

Daniel Troutt was someone I knew for a while and I knew he was my go to guy. He understood that my budget was tight and showed me vehicles that would fit that budget as well as the desired features in my new car. I was looking for a smaller SUV with great gas mileage due to the nature of my work. He showed me cars that I'd never considered and kept me posted on cars that fit my budget and car space. He really held my hand through out the process and I felt he was being my advocate. I ended up going over budget, but not by his pressure. I knew the deal was great and the dealership offered a generous trade in value for my Xterra. I decided on my own that value was there and the benefits do out weigh the cost. He was patient, incredibly accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were driving. I strongly recommend using him as your advocate. His customer service and response time are excellent.

Rachelle was awesome, she got us through the paperwork at the speed of light all while making small talk. Amazing. Colin was extremely helpful navigating the large selection and helping me narrow down on what I wanted and needed.

James treated me with real professionalism. He explained everything. He did just fine! My Honda needed servicing and a little repair. It had to stay overnight, but James arranged a ride. Michael, the courtesy driver, was great. Thank you for the courtesy rides and the coffee treat.
