    Worse place to repair car. I repaired my car so I don't have to tow to another place even though the price was $400-800 higher than what other places offered. They lost grill on my car. I called multiple times and drove there multiple times talked for the grill. Even talked to management. All was useless.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Last March, nearly five months ago, you had your Mustang towed to our dealership from an independent repair shop. At your request, our technicians performed an inspection and found a plugged exhaust system, which to resolve required a new catalytic converter and muffler. We offered you two quotes for the work; one with factory parts and one with aftermarket parts. After reaching out to you five times, we were finally able to reach you and you gave approval for the work to be done. After such approval was given and work had begun, you found a repair shop that would repair your vehicle at a cost lower than what we had quoted. Because the quote they gave was even below our cost, we were unable to match it, however because you did not want to tow the vehicle a second time you authorized us to continue. While your Mustang was in our service department you had us appraise it to be traded in for a replacement vehicle (Toyota Rav 4), which you did purchase, but also decided to keep the Mustang as well.     I had recently gone to Korum Ford in Puyallup Washington and I dropped off my 2015 Mustang GT convertible for a recall in the latch and I had just purchased a brand new Mustang logo wind deflector that Lit Up red on the outside. Was thinking the service was good at first after I picked up my car and drove off I put down the convertible top and noticed a huge scratch on the Wind deflector I then called them back to confront them about it and they said they would get ahold of me the next day they did but then said that the scratch was there so it was my word against theirs they need to have a procedure two when people drop the car off to mark down all damages on the car like other companies do like Nissan now I'm stuck paying another $400 for another wind deflector

    Korum Ford, more specifically Mike Zolman, made my car buying experience effortless and welcoming. I was at a crossroads in life where my daughter needed a vehicle before she headed into her sophomore year of college. I had been putting off purchasing a car since I highly dislike the entire car buying experience (sorry, Korum Ford) – but – Mike immediately put me at ease, provided awesome support (instead of pressure) and was tremendously kind and without a doubt----a consummate professional. Mike was truly about making the car buying experience fun, yet right for me. He was about getting the best deal for the car I wanted and never about over-pressuring me in such a manner that I could see commission glistening in his eyes. He was a rock star salesman! The entire experience was effortless on my part and anyone who maybe considering buying a car from Korum Ford, must ensure Mike Zolman is their guy for the sale. On another note, I had taken my car to Korum Ford and anticipated to leave it there and pick it up later. Mike realized I did not have a way to get both cars home so he created a plan to bring the new car to my house, help my wife and I surprise our daughter, and then he would show her the in’s and out’s of the car. THAT MY FRIENDS – IS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND ITS BEST. Furthermore, Mike reached out several days later to check on how things were going and if my daughter liked the vehicle. Wow! Korum Ford is tremendously fortunate to have Mike on their team and anyone looking for a car plus wanting the best service around – ask for Mike Zolman. Thank you Mike and Korum Ford.

    Had the absolute best buying experience there at Korum. Our Salesman Mike Cook was awesome he went above and beyond, took care of all our needs and every little detail. Mike was easy to work with, honest and actually made our purchase stress free.     Great customer service. Fixed my truck in 2 days for less than I paid another mechanic just for diagnostic fees. Other mechanic could find problem, Larry found it the first day and had it fixed the next. Larry was great, and I would definitely go there again. Important thing is Larry did not try to charge me for other things, only fixed the problem I told him about. Best mechanic ever.

    This was by far the easiest deal I have ever been apart of. It took 2 hours as opposed to the usual 4-8 and they did everything I asked for. They even lowered the price to make it easier for the bank to approve it. 10 out of 10 would go back again and again

    This is the first time buying a brand new car for myself and it was the best experience by far. Thank you Ostan Crider for your excellent customer service! You were never pushy or made us feel pressured to buy at the time we met. Ostan made it fun with the side crew helping make signing a breeze. And, we also enjoyed being able to participate in pulling an April Fool's prank on your boss!! Hilarious and unforgettable! Thank you and all the staff at Korum! You killed it! :D
