INFINITI of Naperville

This is our second Infiniti and bar none our best car buying experience ever. Adam was extremely knowledgable about the crossover inside and out. Honest and a pleasure to work with, he really was working for us! He treated us with respect and was attentive to our ever request and got us the deal we needed. Adam by far was the finest salesman I have had the pleasure of working with.

I recently bought a vehicle from Infiniti of Naperville and negotiated a great price online with the Internet Sales manager so all I had to do was come in a test drive the truck I wanted and I met Adam Murczek a friendly pleasant personable man who was very knowledgable about the truck I wanted which was a Cadillac Escalade ESV he took me for a fun ride around in the car where he explained the features and told me about the dealership. Once we got back and started waiting for the paperwork from the bank and car insurance companies he was patience and calm because I had already told them where and too whom to fax it to and than we had to call them both again and he remained the same throughout even as I was getting alittle frustrated he made my experience great, and he's not the only one Ray Wolski tried to add on the extended warranty for me but it pushed the deal over the amount I was approved for and he contacted the bank too see if the would honor the slight difference. If this is how they do business everyday I can see how they remain number one in the nation year after year. I wish both men and the company continued great success. Because of the I personally felt safe and confident in my choice of vehicle and dealer to do business now and again in the future with.... Thanks a lot guys !!!!

He helped me set up certain features of my new car, and showed me extras that I might want ( I ended up buying some of them ). Ray Wolski was the man I worked with on finance. Jon and Dallas has been awesome, they really know their stuff. They have been very helpful to me. Finance manager Joseph L worked his magic just to give me a great deal that would suit me. Overall, they are awesome, very helpful and knowledgable. There was no intimidation and pressure unlike most of the dealers, and I've been to a lot.

Adam was by far the best salesman I've ever met. I had been car shopping for 2 months trying to find the right car for the price I wanted. I'm a 22 year old kid who loves luxury sports sedans. No salesman took me seriously. He came up to me asking if he can help. Within minutes we were on the road test driving the very car I own right now! He was a book of knowledge and knew everything about the car! And I had the most fun test driving with him then any other salesman. I highly recommend going to Adam!!

Infiniti was one of my finalists. I went to the Auto show and after much consideration we decided not to buy an Infiniti. But this rating is for Infiniti Naperville and Dale Morrone. Dale was excellent to deal with-A great guy. If you need an Infiniti- Call Dale!
