Appreciated how we were treated and our questions were clearly answered. We overheard another customer say something about dryer sheets in her engine... to keep rats out and when I asked about it, the person checking us in got mechanic to explain why and where to place them in the engine along with other suggestions. I appreciated the time he took to explain it to me. When I asked what the next service entailed, I was given a brochure explaining and the cost of it. Very helpful! Thank you!

I liked the fact that the selection of newer, lower mile cars within my price range was substantial compared to other dealers (this is the second time... in the last ten years that a Larson dealer has gained my business from another particular group of dealers due to price vs selection). My only gripe was that there were a couple of add-ons ($399 each for a total of an additional $800) that I felt were non-negotiable (one was even hidden in the large fee that was only disclosed after singing the paperwork).
