    John Brennan helped us every step of the way. He gave us a best deal on a certified used Prius and great financing also. He stayed very late to make sure the paperwork goes smooth with the finance guys, even if his stuff was done. I know where to go now if I am looking for a new or used Toyota.

    I just had extensive suspension repair work done to my SUV. I had gone to 3 other shops, including another Toyota dealership, and none of them could determine what was causing the noise/vibration that was coming from the rear of my vehicle. I decided to give it another try so I contacted Larson Toyota even though I had never had my car serviced there. From the first call to the time I picked up my newly repaired vehicle the customer service was excellent. I am beyond happy that they took the time to inspect my vehicle correctly and were able to determine the issue and complete the repairs in a timely manner.

    Bought myself a Prius from Toyota of Tacoma. Melissa McCallister was my salesperson and she was AMAZING! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well.     I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. This dealership deserves it. David, Dana, Trevor & the whole Toyota of Tacoma team, Thank you!!! This dealership went above and beyond for my family. Recently in and in and out of the hospital and battling organ involvement having Scleroderama and SLE Lupus my husband and I were in such great hands with them. While hospitalized just this week again this team took care of us and did all the work while we were in the hospital. They handled everything! My husband nor I had to stress over anything while there financial department and sales team went to work, We went to them because our medical bills had piled high and we could no longer afford our SUV do to the cost of medical bills, chemocare, and not to mention our 5 expensive children. I believe that the lord sent us in there direction for a reason. They got my family in a car affordable on gas, and a perfect size for us. This team never stopped. And they worked hard to make sure we drove out of there lot with a new car and at the payments we needed and could afford. No back and forth bargaining, we told them what we cold afford and they didn't even hesitate. There goal was not to make any commission off us, there goal was to help us. And that is exactly what they did. Thank you so much from the bottom of my family's hearts. All 7 of us! Your kindness is beyond anything we have ever received.     I purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The buying experience was pleasant and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Once I bought the car, I noticed it was sliding to the left. It had a blown shock on one side. Don't they inspect their used cars before selling them? The warantee covered a factory replacement. My problem is that now I have to purchase another shock on my own so my car rides and wears evenly. I wanted to talk to the sales manager and have called numerous times. No one returns my calls and they connect me with service or finance when I call. Where is the "You are family to us" feel like they said? I just wanted my concerns addressed in a professional manner. I am not upset about the car, but I am upset that no one will talk to me about my concerns. Poor customer service. Will not buy from this dealer again.

    Fun experience buying our new Camry! Go straight to David Cowan. He was genuine, polite, great sense of humor. Look for the redhead. : ) I'm sure there are plenty of good sales people there, but I only interacted with David Cowan and D.J., the finance manager. Oh, and a nice sales person who let me use his desk phone, as I had left my cell at home, and needed to reach my daughter's school. We were seated in cool little reclining (a bit) office chairs, given Starbucks coffee. David was soooo KNOWLEDGEABLE. I don't think we had one question he could not answer instantly and in detail. That gave me a lot of confidence in him. Total pleasure. We drove home a beautiful car for a great price. We will go back again.

    Very professional staff, explained my awful experience with the Dodge dealer down the street, they didn't over promise and made it happen. Every person that worked there, acknowledges you with a smile and hello, even if their not helping you. Atmosphere feels very positive!! They were wonderful from beginning to end!! If your looking to purchase a car, I recommend these guys 100%. Can't express my gratitude to them. Hope this review helps you!!
