Only one of two iservices requested were completed. But they made it right once the mistake was identified. BMW made it easy and convenient to get the remaining service completed. So, not 5 stars; but 4.

Excellent transaction.
Excellent transaction. Fair in their offer and smooth start to finish. Kevin and Justin were enjoyable to work with and are very knowledgeable about the entire BMW line. The training on the technology side of things was super efficient and in depth. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership.

Brandon took great car of us.
Brandon took great car of us. Our service appointment was estimated to take three hours. I told Brandon i had to wait for the car. Brandon said he would keep an eye on the car as it was being serviced. I got the car back in just over two hours. I was very grateful.
