I was looking for a specific Tacoma where my state's
I was looking for a specific Tacoma where my state's dealership hardly get allocation for. I found one from Dick Hannah Toyota so I emailed them right away. They were prompt to response. I talked with Zach on the first day but Vance took over afterward. We did pretty much all of the negotiation via emails/texts and were able to agree upon a price and date to pick up the vehicle. I flew to WA and was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour. The whole process was quite painless and straight forward. If I ever need another vehicle and couldn't get it from my state, I'd definitely consider coming to Dick Hannah!
