My jeep compass gave me a message that my tire pressure monitoring system required service. Sure enough, the system told me that I had no tire pressure... in any tire. The tires were inflated properly. I made an appointment with service at dishman dodge. Of course by the time I got there, the system was working but reporting incorrect air pressure. I requested that they change the oil and rotate the tires since I was there. They agreed, performed the service while I waited and I left. The tire pressure system functioned correctly on my way home. They fixed something. It might have been reprogramming the tire pressure sensors. Anyway service was fast, friendly, and though.
Dishman performed a factory recall. When I had driven home I smelled an unusual odor. Called and told the service dept. and scheduled for early appt. asap.... They put me in and double checked everything done previously. A case of coolant 'burp tank' burp. Apologized for inconvenience and reassured me that anytime I felt something wasn't right to be sure to contact them.. I appreciate their quick response and attention to me as a customer customer.
I stopped in & immediately met Curtis Howard, I told him what I was looking for, he showed it to me & I took it for a test drive. Once we were back at... the dealership I told him what my perimeters were & I was interested if they could make it happen. They did, they were very good at explaining everything to me & walking me through the car buying experience. It was a very pleasant experience & I would highly recommend Dishman Dodge!
Thank you so much for the nice review. Also Curtis Howard says thank you for being a pleasure to work with. If you have any questions please feel fre...e to contact Curtis Howard or Joe bowman - Internet director - email@example.com
Great place! Great service! I take my car here for all the service and bought new tires this month. I suggest you buy your car at Dishman Dodge and... use their service department.
Excellent service from Brendon Patterson. I got exactly what I wanted and he kept me informed through the process. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Due to COVID, my order took a long time! This was not the fault of the dealership as it was being built out of the country. Tony kept me up to date weekly... on what was happening. I’ll say it was worth the wait. I love my car. Tony took an hour walking me through all of the bells and whistles. This was a wonderful experience even with the delay.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They did a great job!! When I was out of a car for a couple days they were so kind to find me a loaner too!! Great... dealership!!
Not a great experience. Bought a used ram about 2 months ago and i was told it had remote start and bed lights. I live 3 hours away and on the drive home... I found out half the bed lights didnt work, they only gave me 1 key fob and it didnt even work. I called to let them know and get replacement fobs and was told I would have to take a 6 hr round trip to bring the truck back! There is a dodge dealership in my town that they could have issue me new remotes, but they wont eat the cost and instead want me to waste a 6 hour drive, gas and mileage in my new hemi so they can save money on something I should never have had to deal with. New remotes are cheap and they could make it right for $150 and wont... I love the truck but the dealership comes off sketchy and has that shady used car lot feeling. Ive called 5 times and spoken to 2 people and now they wont even return a call or text. I give them $35,000 and they give me an answering machine to talk to instead of doing whats right.
Phoned ahead about a specific truck, and leasing option. The sales and support team had everything set up and ready for me. Only took about 2 hrs total... to trade in my car and lease a brand new RAM truck. I will be buying my next car from Dishman Dodge as well. Could not have been a more pleasant experience.
This was almost my best car buying experience. My best was with MINI. But this was very good. I originally contacted them via email and we discussed... vehicles, options, and prices. I decided that the Compass met my needs the best, and did a pass on options that I was interested in. The dealership gave me a price that was very good and I agreed to come down for a test drive and to look at the vehicles in stock. They were very friendly and Clint spent a lot of time showing us the various vehicles and the differences between them and a test drive. We then went into the dealership and went through the options for ordering the exact one we wanted. They then went out and came back with a price within a few dollars of our email discussion. The price offered on our trade in was what I was expecting from looking on the internet. No attempt was made to sell me anything or pressure me into anything. It was a very nice car buying experience.
