We initially came to Younger Toyota and bought our daughter a new Toyota Corolla for one reason, Jesse Torreyson. I have been in sales myself for over 20 years and Jesse is the most knowledgeable, patient, kind sales person I have ever dealt with from any car dealership. His ability to listen to find out our needs and then suggest what he feels will be the best car for that situation is something that make him the great salesperson that he his. We never felt rushed and he was able to answer any questions we had about the car as well as the dealership. Since the purchase of the car we have taken it back for service and the service department matches the knowledge and professionalism that we found in Jesse. When I am in the market for another car I will definitely go back to Younger Toyota.

I drove right into the service bay and was plesantly greeted and went to the service consultant to check in we reviewed the schedueled service I was told the service would take about an hour. In an hour my service was done and all questions were anwsered. I was out of there on time!

My husband and I was not approched immediately which was...

My husband and I was not approched immediately which was nice. When William came out he was overly friendly and just casually asked and got all the information that he needed to fit us to the vehicle that was just what we were looking for. In a matter of 3 hrs my husband and I traded in our vehicle and rolled out of the parking lot with a 2011 Sienna. Over the years we have purchased several new vehicles but we have never been as impressed with the dealership and the salesmen as we were today. Willam Martin was very pleasant not pushy and was very willing to work with us. I was suprised that we were given a tour of the dealership and all the extras that they offer such as a comfortable service waiting area, free hot dogs, pizza, subs, slushies, WiFi hookup, pool table, and a tv area for the kids while you wait. This is the first Toyota ever owned and wished the rating was higher than great because we'ld give it an exceptional and an excellant rating. This will not be the last time we deal with Younger. This is the second vehicle purchase I've had with Mr. Lee (one new for my mother)and he is top notch. The service personnel and friendly and professional. I can't express how satisfied I am with the Younger Dealership. I tell everyone I know to go to Younger for a car purchase. Thank you for a job well done!

We really enjoyed our experience at Younger Toyota. We have owned many cars over the years but never a Toyota. We went into the dealership just to look at the vehicle models. It was the profesionalism and personality of the salesman we were working with (Jesse Torreyson) that brought us back to buy a vehicle. Jesse was very friendly and personable and worked with us in putting the deal together. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and ery professional not something you find in eery dealership. Jesse was very patient and took the extra time to explain all the navigation system functions for my wife and got her cell phone sync to the stereo system. This SAVED ME from having to do it. I liked the extra service incentives as well. Would definatly recommend this dealeship and saleman to my friends and family

took car in for regular service and to check...

took car in for regular service and to check transmission, as it was jerking. The transmission was leaking and had to be torn apart. New o rings installed. I was happy with the service. I was not happy that my Toyota Highlander needed any work on the transmission at 83,000. miles.

I dealt with Jason and it was a very pleasant and positive experience . The factory recall was handled efficiently and was completed within time parameter as suggested by the scheduled appointment. First, a little background. We were trying to give...

First, a little background. We were trying to give business to a local Toyota dealership (Frederick) for a year on the possible purchase of a truck. Over the course of the year, the dealership had known what our first color choice was and our second color choice. We were also informed that they are interested in making sure that the customer is satisfied. When the time came to test drive and get serious, we test drove a platinum edition crewmax. Upon our return, we were informed that the only truck that we could get in the double cab arrangement with the options and equipment we wanted, was in the color of dark slate metallic (not either of our color choices). Because this truck was off site, we had to commit to purchasing it in order to see it and test drive it. Also, because Toyota's 0% for 60 months deal was running out, this was our only option and if I didn't take it, it was like throwing 5000.00 - 7000.00 out the window. When I said that the truck was not what we wanted, I was asked if the color was really worth the 5 - 7k I was going to miss out on. I informed the sales manager that we own our current truck and are happy with it, so I'm not really losing out on anything and I could afford to wait if I had to. I was also told that the 30 / 60 / 90 day window showed no trucks as we wanted them (in either color) coming in. A week later, we drove up to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, MD. I know a few people that have dealt with this dealership and everything we heard was good. Upon walking into the dealership, we met Tony Pattillo and explained our situation to him. This dealership had a crewmax (in our first color choice) with cloth interior. We were looking for a double cab with heated seats. Tony went about looking for one with the options we wanted (we also selected accessories). Within 20 minutes, they located several 'on the ground' that they could get. Within minutes, we had a sheet in front of us showing our payment options and pricing (Frederick was still discussing numbers, even after a year). Tony explained that we had to put a deposit down to get it here to see but that there was no commitment to buy. If we were not happy with it, we would get our money back. Tony also explained that this would take about 10 - 14 days (this was on a Friday). We were also informed of the services provided to us from Toyota and from Younger. The dealership has an area for kids to play the Wii and also an area for those waiting for service that has hot dogs, popcorn and drinks available and depending on the day, they have other goodies available too (the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays are manicure days). Monday afternoon, we got a call that it arrived and if we had time to come look at it. That night, we test drove and purchased the truck. One week later, we drove our new truck home, with all options and accessories as we selected. We are VERY HAPPY with all aspects of dealing with Tony Pattillo and the Younger staff. In the future, we're talking about buying a Sienna and when that time comes, we will be counting on buying one from Younger!

I have called and left a voice message and sent an E-mail...

I have called and left a voice message and sent an E-mail to Bruce about somethng marked on a Diagnostic Report that I don't understand. Sounds like I have a problem that no one told me about when I left the dealership on Thursday, Aug. 12. When I got no response to either the voice mail or the E-mail, I E-mailed Tony about the same issue. As of Tuesday, Aug. 17, I have yet to be contacted by anyone. Not very impressive.

I was extremely pleased with the service and friendliness...

I was extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the entire dealership. The salesman I had dealt with prior to arriving was with another client when I arrived, but another salesman stepped up to assist us until Joe was free - arranging for us to take a test drive.
