    The sales force was very helpful and knowledgeable, but there was a disconnect regarding our request that they fully inspect the used Jeep we bought before we picked it up. The windshield was cracked and needed replacement, and we wanted to be sure everything else was in great condition. We ended up having to pay for the new windshield, and after we picked it up, the rear window sprayer was spraying into the car because the supply hose was disconnected. We had to take it back for service, and they charged my wife for the service call. When I complained, they refunded the service charge, but they should have discovered this problem before delivery and they should never have charged us in the first place.
