Bought my Honda from Nate last week. It was literally the least stressful car deal I've ever experienced and they met my every demand w/ out hesitation.... Nate wasn't pushy at all, which is very rare. My experience overall was awesome! Thanks Nate!
I've gone to Honda Continental probably 5 times now almost always for an oil change and twice for my tires and for the most part they did a good job. When... they did good they did good but when they didn't, they really dropped the ball in my book. I went to get a screw taken out of my right front tire and get the tire patched. They patched it and I went on my way. While going in for another oil change I had let them know I wanted the Left front tire looked at because it had been running low. They called me back and told me I needed a new Right front tire because the patch was too close to the side wall. I responded confused because that tire wasn't having any problems but the other one was. They said the Left one was fine but to replace the Right one. I told them no because we weren't even on the same page so I would just come pick it up and keep an eye on it myself. I unfortunately decided I would order the tire hoping they knew what they were talking about and waited 2 weeks and turns out it was in but no one called me. Then when I called to ask about it they told me to bring it in. Well turns out I didn't need it after all because the Left tire did in fact have a small hole in it, even though they said it was fine. I thought being the dealership I had bought the car from only a year prior it would be a good place to get service done at. It isn't. Even when I bought the car the gentleman I worked with on paper work messed up my paper work and was going to make me pay for something I asked and had signed paper work stating I didn't want it. So from the very beginning they've given inconsistent and untrustworthy service which is extremely unfortunate because I would love to take my car to the dealership. On top of bad service when I told someone what had happened they told me a manager would follow up and that was probably 4 weeks ago now. So when they made the mistake they didn't even have the integrity to make it right or even at the least follow up. Unfortunate.
I scheduled an appointment to have a diagnosis done for my engine. The price given was $112. I signed and decided to just wait in the lobby for the service... to be done. A little over and hour later and I am approached by the service rep to charge me another $112 because they can't find the problem. That is not acceptable. You can not charge double because your tech can't isolate the problem. I told them no thank you and they said it would be about 20 minutes to put the car back together. An hour later I asked them where my car is and they said another 30 min. So I takes longer to put the car back together than it did for the entire diagnosis. This is my last time ever at this dealership. I have had similar customer service lapses when shopping for a vehicle.

Just had a fabulous experience with the service department. My car needed so much work they had it 3 days! I appreciated being told of its progress throughout... and the loaner car to get me by. Breanna rocks! Much thanks to the tech too!

The loaner car!! Seeing the friendly, yet overworked staff again. Shanie, Brandon, Roy, and Heather did their best to make being without my car AGAIN,... as pleasant as possible. Not putting me in a Mazda was nice!!
Even with a very busy schedule, the service department squeezed me in to get a trailer hitch attached so that my family could make a camping trip that... very weekend. Exceptional! I think this is truely the best service department I have ever dealt with and love knowing that they are their to take care of both of my Mazdas.
Ordered 3 new tires from John Robinson with a promised Delivery date of December 3rd. It's now December 7th and still no tires. Now I'm told they are "back... ordered" and won't be here until December 11th. This group is no a reliable place to deal with. My suggestion is to do Business elsewhere.
I was so grateful that they were able to work me in and they didn't make out like it was unusual. they were just doing their job. I wish all service personell... that I must go to were as wecoming and kind.
