    We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate with the tech package from Empire. After speaking with dealerships all over New England, Empire Hyundai put together the best package with all of the add-on options that we wanted. We worked with Tonya, Nicole and Crystal.     I bought a Ford Explorer 2015 in January 2016. With the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper. I only drove it for less than 4,000. Miles. Since we bought it I've had problems with clicking and popping noise when turning wheel but nothing was found wrong with car. Over the weekend of 6/18/16 I noticed that everytime I tried to step on brake the whole car shakes and didn't stop right away and pulsates badly when stopping . The car was brought to Dealership on 6/20/16 told them customer service rep what was going on he ok we will diagnosis the problem. You will probably have to pay 50. To 150. Deductible depending on what we find. The problem was confirmed by the service dept. The problem was they resurfaced all brakes rotors and balanced tires . they told my husband that it was all replaced and tested before we bought it and that the problem is the driver of the car. I had to pay 600. There is no way that in 6 months I needed to put in new brakes on a 2015 vehicle.

    I always have a great experience when I go to Empire Hyundai to have service performed on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. The service advisors are very friendly and courteous. They never push me to get additional work done unless it's for the periodic maintenance I need for the vehicle mileage. I always leave there feeling satisfied that I got the best deal and service for my vehicle. I will always go back to Empire Hyundai for all my vehicle service needs.

    I came in for routine maintenance and an electrical problem with my blue tooth voice command. Asst. Service Manager Bob Haynes checked me in. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His knowledge of the Hyundai product was very obvious. He took care of my vehicle promptly, ordered the necessary parts and made this car repair trip a very pleasurable experience, even offering coffee and donuts while I waited. Bob is definitely an asset to the service department, and I would highly recommend purchasing and /or repairing a car at Empire Hyundai. I will recommend to my friends/family.

    I purchased my vehicle from Empire Hyundai in July of 2012 from Tyler Torres and the buying experience was great. I have continued to use the Service Dept for Repairs and really enjoy dealing with Jeff White. I also had a small fender bender last year and used Empire's Collision Center and that repair was great as well,Dave at the Collision Center is a great guy to deal with. I have recommended many family and friends to this Dealership and will continue to due so!
