I've had so, so many bad car-buying experiences in my time. That all ended when I walked through the Baierl Honda doors. I believe in great customer service, and that's what I got at Baierl. Internet pricing but still great care as a valued customer
Bought my accord Ex after getting the best price deal among all dealers in Pittsburgh area. Laura Colby was great in that respect. Went in late on Monday to test drive n decide the color. Despite being late Chris Lipnicky was very accomodating that I will be able to take the car home that night. He stayed late to arrange all paperwork for that. Despite me being an Internet priced customer, they treated me with respect as any other walk-in customer and gave me ample time to decide. I have heard that salesmen don't appreciate those customers who get internet pricing as not much profit from them to the salesman; but not at Baierl. They treat every customer equally. Also their pricing was the best in this area.

My 7th Honda at Baierl
First, Chuck Massart put me in touch with Chuck Surman since my go to salesman did not work there anymore. The process from ceasing my current lease and goin to another was seamless. At first, Chuck showed me a loaded model. There were too many bells and whistles that I really did not need. He steered me toward another model that had just what I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. I will see him in two years when my wife's lease ends. Also, I will suggest him to friends and family whenever possible!

Emergency need for new vehicle
Dan contacted me shortly after I put in a request for additional information on some used vehicles, and lined me up to test drive a few-even picking me up at my home since my old Honda had died on me. He was courteous, friendly, informative and very knowledgeable at every step of the way. I am very very happy with my new used vehicle. I have always had excellent care at Baierl Honda in Wexford.

Best experience getting our new vehicles
My wife and I now entered our third set of leases on a CR-V and an Accord. Baierl Honda is the dealership of choice as their entire staff from sales to the maintenance area, are all truly exceptional. Jamie Lawing has been our sales person since the first time we leased. (2010), (2013) and now into the 2015 models. There is no pressure as Jamie is their for us while going thru the lease process. We had the opportunity to look at the vehicles, various colors and options. Our test drives we long enough to get the feel of the vehicle. On our pick up days, Jamie again was fully available to go over new features the 2015 CR-V has with my wife so she understood how to use and also how to scroll thru the new information screen she now has. As for the Accord, not a lot of changes but I to had time set aside with Jamie to ensure I understood the options in the vehicle. If you are thinking of leasing or buying a Honda, I would whole heartily recommend Baierl Honda as the dealership to go to and possibly call in advance to try and meet with Jamie. He knows the business and would try to deliver you the best vehicle purchase/lease experience ever.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever
What an excellent experience. I started out undecided between an Accord and a CR-V. Art asked the right questions and pointed out the right features that helped me to easily decide on the CR-V. Art then very expertly compared the features of the each class and very patiently toured the lot while I looked at very color and interior combination. Once the choice was made, Art went out his way to arrange a quick pick-up with absolutely no hassle to me. Art was definitely a very knowledgeable, no pressure salesman. I drove away knowing I made the best choice for me. No stress ... no wondering if I could have gotten a better choice.

Best car buying experience
My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience with Jim and Jeff. We told them what we were looking for and they didn't waste any time showing us what they had available to meet our wants & needs and closing the deal. Jim was very friendly and helpful, able to answer all our questions, and very patient with us as we decided what we wanted. There was no price haggling and our conversations with Jeff were straightforward and direct. Both Jim and Jeff went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Between finding the car we wanted, selling my car and purchasing a new car, we were at the dealership for a total of 3.5 hours over two days. It was a very simple and stress-free process for us. We will be back for our next car and highly recommend to others.
