I forgot to schedule an appointment(oil change), so I got up early and was there 10 minutes early the technician said it was not a problem took me in I was out in half hour. Thanks!!

Great experience at Muller Honda of Gurnee
Staff- our salesman Daniel Lopez was very friendly and helpful upon our first encounter. He helped us through the process of selecting the perfect car for me. Bob, his mgr. helped explain the financial possibilities and how that helped us make the decision to lease versus buy my Honda Accord Hybrid. Also finance mgr, ( sorry don't remember his name ) was very congenial and caring. The finance process wasn't drawn out affair as you see in most other dealerships. We had a timeline deadline to meet to be somewhere and they made sure that the process was smooth and as efficient as they could make it. Lisa, was an advisor and she went through all of the functions of the car so I was comfortable when driving away.

Wonderful Experience
