fast talking salesman but did not say no returns next day less then 24 hr and in a day they changed to dont know me ignoring its yours nothing you... can do can i get helpthe paperwork has not gone thru and they say its late

This was a purchased car from dealer , check engine light on, wanted us to make an appointment 2 weeks out. Car needs service now, not in 2 weeks. Service... person basically said it's our problem since we own the car. What a bad attitude. We own all chevy's in our household, what a shame that you have these people working there, other people would be happy to have a job.

Took my car for oil change and told them that shift to park was acting up again and thought they should fix it considering I only had the car for a month... when it started giving me trouble well they wouldn’t cover it and they didn’t do the oil change the guy in service was treating me as if I was stupid just because I’m a Female I will never buy another car here nor will I recommend them they sold me a used car with issues they did a half xxx fix so I will be liable for the repairs are getting canceled in social media

As always I was taken care of with great customer service. I like that part of the recap of service rendered is to let you know what the next service... would be and the cost. This is a great benefit especially to those who are currently receiving services at no charge as part of a GM promotion.
Professional staff! I planned for a hour and half but my oil change was done in 40 minutes and I was able to use the coupon I received.
