Took vehicle in for a check engine light.

Took vehicle in for a check engine light. I paid them 385.60. I DROVE VEHICLE APPROX. 25 MINUTES TO MY HOME, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS BACK ON!!!.This was on 1/13/25. On 1/14 25 I tried to contact my service advisor directly or the service manager by phone. Was told by a receptionist or someone that the service manager would call me back, she never did! so the next appointment opening was1/17/25. Was basically told I wasted $400.00 and it must be something else wrong with the vehicle. I would like to have been told that up front. We have a 2006 Rav4 and 2008 Tacoma we've been having serviced at Robinson since we bought them. This was my worse experience with them!!

I went in last week to have my avalon serviced.

I went in last week to have my avalon serviced. Was there on time for my 2:15 appointment with Spencer. I was still waiting at 4:45 because Spencer didn't turn in my service order. Don't assume anything! Always check on progress.

They serviced my husband’s vehicle The man that worked

They serviced my husband’s vehicle The man that worked with him was Lynn. He was very nice and helpful. After it was serviced I needed some help with something else and Danielle Morris was extremely nice. She sat down and helped me. She went out of her way to help me !! Thank you Danielle !!!!
