5 Stars Experience

I had the high pleasure to meet and work with Chris Watson. I have purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of 29 cars during my life. I can honestly say working with Chris Watson was the best experience I have had buying a car. In a world where many seems to be semi interested in service, my experience was a solid affirmation that person service with a sincere and honest approach is alive and well. Thank you, Chris Watson and Annapolis Mazda

Chris Watson and everyone at Annapolis Mazda went the extra mile to deliver my new car in the middle of the Pandemic. Chris was in contact as the car navigated from Japan to the Port of Baltimore (during the worst time in the Pandemic) and provided updates on a regular basis. Annapolis Mazda diplomatically worked with the Port of Baltimore to expedite delivery of the vehicle to Annapolis. Once the car arrived in Annapolis, they turned it around and had it ready for immediate delivery. Chris provided an extensive introduction to the vehicle features and assisted with syncing electronic devices. The entire sales process and paperwork were very streamlined and easy. "Thank you" to Chris and everyone at Annapolis Mazda for the best vehicle buying experience of my life.

We love Chris Watson!

I will never buy a car from anyone other than Chris. He is honest, caring, attentive and finds the perfect car for you. This is our second car we have bought from Chris and our 5th with Fitzgerald Mazda. There was a small issue with the car at pickup, Chris brought it back to service, gave us a loaner and we were back in my new car in a few hours. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about Chris- he is amazing!

Fitzgerald auto malls

I Went there just looking around and the next day I got approved for the car I wanted. The staff at Fitzgerald were AMAZING and was on top of everything! I drove away with my car later that night.

Buying during COVID

Excellent customer service. I just recently bought an MX-5 during the COVID crisis. I was able to completely maintain social distancing throughout the entire buying process and the process was seamless! I highly recommend Fitzgerald Mazda of Annapolis.

Mike Worthington went beyond the call of duty when I wrote an incorrect number on my check and he made a special trip to my hone to pick up another check. It was my error, and I was all set to drive to Annapolis to deliver a new one. Also, I was considering another car and that dealer came up with excuse after excuse when I wanted to come see it. When I told them that I would have to have someone bring the car to me,—another excuse. That was in direct contrast to Mike’s service. I said, “No deal!” to them and called Mike back and said, “Let’s deal!”

excellent service the attitude of the manager was not the best, he did not show much interest in the sale but the truth was to buy the car there for the excellent work of the seller and the financier

I was shopping for a used car and the initial one that I had seen was out of my price range. The agent searched for me until he found something he thought I would like and that was in my price range. Now I am the proud owner of a Hyundai Elantra. He was very pleasant and gently walked me through every step.
