    I got an email from MB offering a deal on a GPS map update for my GLK. I called and scheduled an Appt to have that done. I arrived and after waiting 30... minutes (my rep did arrange for me to have breakfast while I waited) I was informed that the map update was not available yet. I was also told they would wash my car and when they brought it up it hadn’t been touched. They remedied that, but I waited an additional 20 minutes to get it done. In a world where time is money, this was a Big waste of time with zero follow-up from the dealership to date on when/if it will ever be available. Sub-par performance.

    All good, except cleaning the interior deck. I do have a white dog who rides with me back there. It was not good cleaning. Also the top interior portion... was not wiped down. Thanks you

    We took a lease car in for scheduled service and three recall notices. The work was done in a timely manner, however the car was not vacuumed or washed.... Part of owning or leasing a 'luxury' vehicle should include at the very least, an exterior car wash whenever the vehicle is brought in for required service and recall work. We have had other 'luxury' vehicles with other makers and anytime a vehicle was serviced the vehicles were washed and vacuumed.
