    I walked in not really expecting to drive away in my Mustang, but less than 2 hours later, the trade was done, financing done and papers signed. I'm one... super happy customer.

    We found a Paul Moak deal online while traveling on I20. We called ahead and scheduled an appointment. There was a sales representative ready for us when... we arrived. They have good access to highway and city roads for a test drive. We knew what we wanted and already had a TruePrice certificate with us so there was little need to negotiate. The dealership actually offered a price $400 less than the number we arrived with. Jarvis was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and helpful in orienting us to its features. Our only drawback was that the financing department took almost an hour to process our straight cash payment for the vehicle.

    Absolute waste of time! My wife and I needed a tire change and coolant replacement. We were treated very rude, lack of communication, and arrogant people.... They all act inconsiderate and as if you were barging in on their time. When I'M paying for THEIR service. Outraged!

    I seen a 2003 Subaru Baja listed for sale at this dealership. Talked several times to the salesman ( G ) and was told this is a great car and it is as... nice as they come. It had belonged to a Doctor and was well taken care of. I drove 200 miles to go and look at the car and to buy it. After checking the car out, it had stone chips all over the hood, had hail stone dents in the hood and roof and the back bed cover was rotted and moldy on the inside. There was a 2 inch size hole in the drivers seat. A 200 mile trip one way for nothing. This could have all been told to me on the phone. I am sure that this is a very good dealership but I just got a bad salesman.

    I contacted the dealership in reference to a vehicle they had that was priced incredibly reasonably. Unfortunately they sold the vehicle but the sales... associate was very kind to call me and keep me educated on the availability and went out of there way to try to accommodate my vehicle needs.

    I recently purchased a used 2012 Acadia from "Chip" at Paul Moak Automotive in Jackson MS. The entire deal was completed over the internet via pictures... and verbal descriptions. I can highly recommned this dealership as honest and more than fair. Like their slogan says a "deal not an ordeal" I flew in and picked up the vehicle in less than 2 hours. Super smooth transaction.
