    I should give them zero star if there is one. I have had my car for engine oil change there. There are two times we found oil leak after oil change, I have to drive my car back each time to get it fixed. then the 3rd time, they forgot to reset maintenance indicator (which they said they did in the work sheet) , I was asked to go back again to complete their job. that means I have to make 6 trips for 3 oil change. I can not understand why oil change is such a difficult job for a car dealer. Manager Matt is not helpful. Of course it is so easy for them just ask customer go back to fix their problem, it may take them less than one minute to do it, but do they respect customer's time? I work full time with 3 kids, I just do not have time visit their store 2 times every time for just 1 oil change. Tired of it! why they can not be responsible for their job? I do not expect the best, I just expect they will do what they supposed to do, make a complete job each time, every time. will NOT use again for sure!

I attempted to contact you to see if there are any options to inspect the vehicle. I am not sure about the past experience but regarding the last visit and oil leaking is unacceptable. I do understand the inconvenience of coming back but the concern needs to be addressed ASAP. As you mentioned, mistakes can happen but the way we quickly handle our mistakes is what sets us apart from others.     The dealership has excellent customer service. I was impressed by the level of attention to detail that the car salesman and finance manager had for my situation. I traded in a 2012 Chevy Malibu with 68,000 miles on it. My previous car had exhausted all warranties. The car salesman with whom I worked at Herson's Kia, Felix, searched for exactly what I sought. By the end of the next day, the finance manager called and accepted the exact downpayment and car payment range that I wanted. The salesman, Felix, picked out exactly what I wanted in a car that I mentioned in passing. He picked the gorgeous blue color I liked and a 5 door sporty chic spacious hatchback style. Plus, it came with all the warranties and service coverage I needed and has excellent gas mileage. After test driving the 2016 Kia Forte 5 hatchback, I ended up purchasing it for the exact deal and price point that I sought, including GAP insurance, taxes, and tags. Unlike many other dealerships, I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership waiting and the service was fast and precise, modern with technology for electronic paperwork processing which made it easier to finalize the deal. I recently graduated from a Masters degree program and qualified for many specials. I give the dealership 5 stars for listening to what I wanted and being honest. I am enjoying my new car. It is a great and safe investment for a good price and has better coverage than what I were initially driving. The customer service at Herson's Kia was remarkable. I definitely recommend this Kia dealership to other customers in the DC Metro area.

    I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord yesterday. This is my first brand new car in 20 years. I've had friends purchase their cars from Herson's in the past and they have all said it was a wonderful experience. Now having my own experience with Herson's Honda I can honestly say, they exceeded my expectations! I thought I was only going to be able to purchase another used vehicle. To my surprise Chris worked his magic and got me in a new car. My sales consultant Ira Rosenthal was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to go over every feature! The entire team was amazing from the moment I walked in til I drove away with my new car.

    We have been Herson's Honda customers since 1991, when we bought our first Honda. Since then we have purchased two others, and then our last last week. That is a total of 4 Honda's that we have no regrets. And they gave us a great price this time so it pushed the deal over, even though we were just kind of looking at this point. Our saleperson was Rahiem Dorsey, and he was very informative and patient with us. We were glad we had him, and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to look or buy a car at Herson's. Herson's has always been helpful to us when we needed them especially in their service department. thanks again.
