    I came with a Truecar.com price from another dealership. Sarah Byrd matched it and set me up with an awesome salesperson named Randy. Sarah and Randy helped make the experience a great one. I was impressed with how much they wanted to make my purchase a perfect one. Having worked in a dealership before, not all salespeople care whether you come back or recommend their place of business. Sarah and Randy definitely did make it worth my while to come there and want to recommend them to anyone purchasing a Ford. I absolutely love my new Escape

    Horrible. Lindsay Ford in Wheaton was the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The sales representative Randy did not admit his unfamiliarity with Mercedes vehicles. I purchased the vehicle under the assurance that the car had navigation. Randy assured me that it did, and seemed to be "confused" when an error message came on in the car. He text me the next day and said that a part was needed from Mercedes in order for the car to have navigation and that I would be responsible for paying for it. I spoke with Ghiani and Patrick (GM). Ghiani was very rude and dismissive. He told me that they would not cover the cost of the navigation and that I could return the car if I was not happy. Then Randy sent me another text asking what my ETA was in terms of returning the vehicle so that he could take his family to dinner. I returned the vehicle less than 48 hours after having it. They would not return my initial check and made me wait an entire week before giving me a refund. I will never do business with them again and neither should you. I guess only certain customers get special treatment.
