RUN-DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I am not happy at all with my car nor certain members of the staff at this Dunning Honda. Nathan (so called "Manager") called me on the phone to harass me and admonish me for leaving a negative review. Seriously? I guess a little more respect and professionalism is warranted, isn't it Nathan? I would never buy a car from this dealership if this is the way customers (NOW FORMER CUSTOMERS) are treated. Beware of this one folks.

Wonderful!! Serviced my car for 11 years starting with Ferndale Honda! Cliff who is always their take care of things I am not aware of. I truly value his compassion and concern for me over the years. Love him!!

Dunning Honda sold us lemon 🍋

We test drove a car at Dunning Honda. Decided to purchase the vehicle. We asked salesman RON WHITE several times about purchasing a warranty. He said we could purchase one. When my fiance went to pick up her new vehicle. RON WHITE told her she had to purchase the warranty in 7 days and the warranty department would contact her. HE LIED. When we spoke to the manager SHELDON TAYLOR of the dealership he said thats not how its done...but I can't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. So now because RON WHITE lied and DUNNING HONDA does not give a xxxx. IT WILL TAKE 3000 DOLLARS TO FIX THIS VEHICLE!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT BUY A TIRE PATCH FOR A BICYCLE FRON RON WHITE OR DUNNING HONDA. I WILL BE POSTING ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT DUNNING HONDA.

Great service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family and neighbors. It’s been a few years since I’ve purchased a new vehicle so I was not up to date on these newer vehicles and they were great in teaching me how to use all these new features.

Awesome experience!

I am a UDM student and got a flat tire on the way to school. I had a tow that dropped my car off overnight and my tires were done by 3 pm the next day (in time to get to my exam). Cliff and Morris were God sends and so hopeful (and my, were they patient with me). So appreciative of Ferndale Honda and getting me back on the road. Will be coming here for years to come.
