    "This dealership truly makes car buying so easy! The service level here is extraordinary, they NEVER pressure and they truly do treat you like family (this is their motto and it really rings true)! They care more about people than they do about making money & it shows throughout their entire staff. I was actually recommended to buy here by my best friend after he bought his car here and had an amazing experience. I have now also become a raving fan of this dealership myself and will undoubtedly purchase all of my future cars from here hands down! They treated me MORE than fair and gave me even MORE than what I asked for without any hesitation whatsoever. Honestly, I have never ever been treated this good at a dealership! I felt zero pressure buying from them & that was SO refreshing! I can't say enough good about this place...the owners & all of their employees operate at such a higher standard here! They are also Christian and conduct their business as such. They are not open on Sundays in honor of their faith. In other words they care more about their character, reputation, and people than they do about staying open 7 days a week just to make money. I have a deep respect for businesses like this! You blew me away Milton Martin Toyota and I will refer everyone I know believe me & thanks again!!"

    I went in to purchase a 2017 Tundra, and we quickly came to an agreement...no problem. I was called a few days later, and told the truck ( which was at another dealer) could not be sold, due to a recall. I asked how long, and was told 2-3 weeks, tops. I waited over 2 months, and got a call telling me that the truck had been sold, and that they could not get me a truck in the style I wanted. In all, I waited over 3 months for this information. I am very disappointed with this dealer. It's not that way I'd do business.

    Thank you for your review. The vehicle you were interested in has been discontinued from production by Toyota. At the time of your inquiry there were only 3 remaining in all of Southeast Toyota-GA and the surrounding states. We requested the vehicle on trade from another dealer and did our best to get the vehicle for you. Our manager said he informed of the situation at the time of the recall/stop sale and offered to give your deposit back several times fearing that we would have difficulties securing the vehicle for you. We do apologize for the inconvenience but hope you understand we were not able to control the other dealer who had the vehicle in stock and did our best to obtain it for you.

    I arrived at Milton Martin Toyota at 1:10pm on Wednesday 3/29. The service lane was 100% empty when I arrived. I had my 9 week old puppy with me, and got a quoted time as to when they would have my truck taken in to have my tires mounted. They told me 1:40. The truck did not enter the shop until 2:30, and it still took them an additional 2 hours to mount 4 tires. I had previously asked for my old tires to be returned to me, and upon delivery of my truck at 4:41pm, they weren't there, and I had to ask for the tech to return to the shop to get them. Not only had I been there for 3:45 minutes before I got my truck back, I was late to work, one of my old tires is torn and damaged on the inner lip, all 4 of my rims are painted and now scratched pretty badly, all of my valve stem caps were disposed of and no longer on my truck, and the old tires were also left with large globs of grease on them. In the 2:15 in the shop, they couldn't even mount my new tires with the white letters placed evenly. That's just attention to detail. Needless to say, I had a horrible experience. The only positive feedback I can give was the hospitality offered by the Quick Lane girls, Carla in particular. They kept me and my puppy company while we waited.
