Trinity in the service department always handles my needs

Trinity in the service department always handles my needs from scheduling to final completion of service. Trinity is absolutely professional. She is the main reason I take my vehicles to Upper Marlboro Ford for service.

As of lately, I’ve had great experience with this

As of lately, I’ve had great experience with this dealership. The most recent experience I’ve had was with Trinity in the service department. She was great in helping me to determine the services I needed, and she helped me save some money while doing so. Still, the costs of parts and labor are quite expensive.

The sales staff was excellent however we were deceived

The sales staff was excellent however we were deceived from the service department. They said they completed service which was never looked at very dissatisfied and circulate trust was broken.

My service advisor, Michael, was the best!

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! I highly recommend him and this dealership!
